[ Overall I really liked this cleat. The break in was easy and liked how light weight the cleat was. I felt fast and I liked how the stud pattern was configured. I really have nothing bad to say about the cleat. I think maybe the upper mid section could use some more protection for the ankles but I also like how minimalistic the upper is.

Better than a wide 442 in K- Leather, stronger grip on the pitch too due to non- conical cleat design. I also tried the v4 Teklas as well but while walking around, the heel felt uncomfortable. The experience with the synthetic New Balance product vs natural leather has lead me to also purchase a AG/Turf Furon V8 as well. Both my prior indoor and outdoor boots were 442s in natural leather. If you have a wide foot, these are worth a try. The reduction in weight has been a welcome surprise to my overall speed on the pitch.

These pair of cleats are great! Bought them for club and if you get the right size, they fit like a sock. Feels like I ’ m playing cleatless. Plus they look clean. Only problem is the price. They are steep but in my opinion, completely worth it.

Delighted I found a pair of boots that are wide enough. After years of issues with Morton ’s neuroma I thought I was doomed. Tried adidas, puma& Nike, these are by far the widest and most comfortable.

The Weatherman
Took them out of the box and wore them for a scrimmage and were incredibly comfortable. Felt just as good or better than my old Puma Ultra 1. 4's which may be lighter but are extremely tight and paper thin. The heel on the V7+ is far better than my Tekela's. I ca n't wear my Tekela's in a match because they hurt the back of my feet but the Furon's are as close to perfect for my foot than any other boot. I should have known since my first two pairs of quality boots were the V6's.

Pros:( 1) thin and malleable upper skin, best in class.( 2) the knit material around ankle area prevents rubber or cork gravels from the field( most popular in the US) getting into the cleats, very practical design.( 3) sharp toe and softer sole around the toe area allow me to more easily flick the ball or change its direction, especially during fast dribbling;( 4) the soft insoles are amazing! One would start appreciating them after 20 min into a game; Cons:( 2) cleat laces get loose very easily, I need to be creative on weaving the laces around to slow down the process during a game.( 2) it would be nice if the insoles have more friction, like the Mizuno Alpha cleats;( 3) toe wrap- around design can be slightly improved to fit the shape of feet better

My 15 year old soccer- loving son has a pretty wide foot and finding soccer cleats that fit him and allow him to perform at the level he wants to without experiencing pain( blisters, sore toes, even shin splints in other brands) has been a challenge. A tad bit tight given I 'm 8. 5 EEEE( extra wide)( these are 9 EE) but after a period of breaking into the football boot it fit like a glove! These are very light and they have really good grip, the sleeve for the ankle is a good design all around as well!
