Comfortable shoe, but for flat feet. To be fair, I have a high arch but these shoes have zero arch support. I am a women size 10, bought a mens 8. Fit is fine.

I have been playing pickleball for since Q4 last year and have been on the market for stylish tennis shoes. I own more running shoes than tennis shoes so I did n't have a good shoes to play pickleball in. Then I encountered The Rogers line within ON. I loved the looks of the shoes. The shoes feel snug and protective over my feet and my lateral movement feels stable. I love that the shoe lace is protected with the clip on strap on the top of the shoes. The reason for 4 stars was with this shoes being a `` Hard court tennis shoes '', the shoe soles are definitely hard so if you are not used to the hard surfaced shoes, it could feel uncomfortable if you wear it all day on the court. Nonetheless, it's been a good addition to my pickleball attire.

[ The Nike Men's Hard Court Tennis Shoes feel super supportive especially with lateral movement and traction. They are really durable for lots of movement on the court and I appreciate the extra rubber in the toe box area. They have a nice snug fit. At first they might feel small but once you lace them up it ’s a perfect fit.

[ The GP Challenge Pro Hard Court shoe is a great shoe at an affordable price. The shoe offers excellent support, stability, and traction, which makes it perfect for quick cuts and aggressive movements on the court. It has a snug, locked- in fit that really makes you feel connected to the court — great for players who want that responsive feel. One thing to note: the fit is quite snug, especially around the midfoot. If you prefer a little extra room in your tennis shoes, I ’ d definitely recommend going up half a size. Once you break them in, these shoes feel amazing and perform even better. Highly recommend for serious players who want comfort and performance in a shoe. The design is sharp, modern, and looks just as good off the court as it does during a match. Nike did a great job blending sleek aesthetics with practical features that players will appreciate. The upper provides just the right balance of breathability and support, keeping your feet cool without sacrificing the structure needed for quick movements and explosive play. Overall, it ’s a top- tier option for players who demand both performance and style from their gear.

[ I recently got my Hard Court Tennis Shoes and couldn ’ t be happier with my choice. Right out of the box, they looked sleek and stylish — Nike always nails the design, and these shoes definitely turn heads on and off the court. Performance- wise, they deliver exactly what I need for hard court play. The traction is outstanding — I feel totally in control during quick stops and lateral movements, even on slick surfaces. What really sets them apart, though, is the ankle support. These shoes give a locked- in feel that boosts my confidence when pushing hard in matches. The cushioning is just right too — firm enough for stability, but with enough give to stay comfortable over long sessions. All in all, a fantastic combination of function and style. Highly recommend for anyone serious about their game!

I have had many of the NIKE tennis and basketball shoes that I use for pickleball. These by far are the most comfortable. They are lightweight. They look great. They have a nice wide toebox. I took out the insoles it came with and put in my aftermarket insoles. GREAT SHOE!

Great shoe, it fits really well and Nike seems to have found it's way again by going back to basis. What stops me from giving 5/5 starts is that although it offers an excellent fell and fits like a glove around your foot, I would have liked better support/fit around the ankle( the opening seems to need a bit more cushioning like the Air Max has to offer). Maybe bring back the laces v- shape from older models, it used to offer a bit of a tighter fit. Overall great shoe, I would highly recommend!

Finally getting back to what made the 9. 5 great but it is beyond me why they offer the two predominantly white color- ways in hardcourt but not clay. I ’ ve never been required to wear white on hard courts but frequently am required to on clay. Is it absurd? Of course, but I don ’ t get to make the rules…

Nike finally returning to their glory days of the earlier model vapors. Super happy with the fit and comfort of these. Feel very similar to my 9. 5 Vapors. Only giving 4 stars bc the colors are terrible.

Aaron162483668
I appreciate that Nike has listened to the tennis community and returned some of the qualities of its predecessors. However, I still find the vapor 9. 5 ’s superior. One big issue for me: The drag guard around the medial side is too much. The material doesn ’ t flex, it sort of just displaces into the top of your forefoot when you bend your toes. It feels like kinking garden hose into your foot. It actually astonishes me that testers didn ’ t feel this immediately during development. They should have left out a relief area for that bend point. You can literally see the silhouette of the drag guard underneath where they did cut out that slice, but it ’s nullified by the poly ribs in my opinion. I understand the desire to improve durability, but not at the expense of performance. They also feel a tad long, which is the same issue I had with the Vapor Pro 1& 2. This gives them a slight “ clunkiness ” that older vapors never had. I do think it ’s the best tennis shoe Nike has made in a while, but it could have been great with a bit more consideration.

End result, I think I am faster with these shoes on than with the old 9. 5's. ... These shoes are so much more padded and just as stable. ... They feel so one on one, comfortable, speedy and more like a

[ Nike, you 've done it again. The Zoom GP Challenge 1 is n't just a modern tennis shoe; it's a powerful evolution that resonates with the spirit of a legend while forging its own formidable identity on the hard court. From the moment I laced them up, I felt a connection to that unapologetic, performance- driven energy that defined Andre Agassi's game – and this shoe absolutely delivers on that promise for today's player. The Fit and Feel: Locked- In Confidence: The upper provides a truly exceptional lockdown. My foot felt secure and supported through every aggressive cut, slide, and explosive first step. There's a responsiveness here that inspires confidence, allowing you to attack the ball with unwavering commitment knowing your footwear is a stable foundation. The breathability is also noteworthy, keeping my feet cool and comfortable even during intense, multi- set matches under the Nashville heat. Performance on the Hard Court: Engineered for Domination: This is where the Zoom GP Challenge 1 truly shines. The cushioning is a brilliant blend of plush comfort and explosive responsiveness. The Zoom Air units in the forefoot are like coiled springs, providing that immediate energy return needed for quick changes of direction and powerful pushes off the baseline. I felt noticeably faster and more agile, allowing me to track down more balls and dictate play with greater authority. The outsole grip is phenomenal on hard courts. It strikes that perfect balance between allowing controlled slides when needed and providing tenacious traction for those crucial braking moments. I felt completely in control, even on the slicker parts of the court after a bit of rain. This inspires the confidence to really dig in and unleash powerful shots without fear of losing my footing. Design and Heritage: A Nod to the Icon, A Step into the Future: The design is a fantastic homage to the iconic aesthetics of the Agassi era, yet it feels distinctly modern and forward- thinking. The bold lines and strategic overlays not only look great but also contribute to the shoe's overall support and stability. It's a design that turns heads on the court, signaling a serious player who appreciates both heritage and cutting- edge performance.

I am so impressed with this shoe. I absolutely am a full on vapor guy but as much as I don ’ t want to say this, I would actually play with this over the current line up. They feel so one on one, comfortable, speedy and more like a vapor. Only things that aren ’ t so vapor is the boxy shape and elevated surface. Overall this is what I wanted the vapor 11 to feel like lol. Thanks!

This shoe has been amazing! With my old Vapor 9. 5's, which were totally beat down after several years, I was feeling seriously abused after every match. These shoes are so much more padded and just as stable. I do n't know if I 'm crazy but I honestly feel better after playing with these shoes on. While the Vapor 9. 5's do feel lighter and faster I feel like my steps are bigger and stronger with the GP Challenge 1. End result, I think I am faster with these shoes on than with the old 9. 5's. If you 're a bigger player in the 6' 1 '' and taller range you 'll appreciate this shoe I think. I thought I was more of a size 12 in Nike but in this shoe I went with a 12. 5 after trying on some shoes at a local store. In pretty much any other shoe I wear a 12 but in this 12. 5 is definitely the correct fit.

The Short Story: A great investment to dramatically improve your tennis game and fitness level with a machine that has implemented the right set of features and functions! Proud owner of an Elite Grand IV with 20 function remote and cover. The Long Story: I spent quite a bit of time evaluating whether or not to get a machine, and then which machine and from which manufacturer. At first inspection, the cost for any machine with the features I wanted was pricey. The initial sticker shock kind of held me back for a year or so until I finally realized what am I waiting for-- I love tennis and I want to become a better player! Then the decision was which machine from which manufacturer. After some back and forth emails to representatives from these companies and demoing some machines at local clubs, Lobster stood out above and beyond the rest. I went with the Elite Grand IV as this model seemed to have everything I wanted and has all the same mechanicals as the top- end Elite Grand V LE. In fact, you can upgrade the Grand IV to the Grand V LE with a new electronic panel if you want those extra features. The price to upgrade is not much different than the price between the machines so I figured this was the way to go to have the option down the road should I ever need it. I got the very useful 20 function remote and the top quality fabric/vinyl cover. I waited a few months after purchasing the machine in order to provide the most comprehensive and useful review possible. One concern I had was that I would enjoy the machine as a newbie owner and that the thrill would wear off in a few weeks. I enjoy using the machine more and more each time I am on the courts which is at least 3- 4 days each week. So if you are reading this review, you probably want to know some specifics about the machine. What I can tell you is that one of the most important features to consider is portability of the machine. If you can ’ t get the machine in/out of your car and to the court in one trip with your gear, that is a serious de- motivator. With the Lobster ’s size and great handle with large wheels, I make it to the court in one trip with my tennis bag on my back and a 150 ball hopper slung on one shoulder while pulling/pushing the machine with the free hand – real easy actually. The other machines with the small wheels and short handle would be a major hassle to get onto some of the courts I play on. One great feature of the Lobster that I could not find on other machines was the ability to randomly vary the depth of shot on two- line drills and some other modes like oscillation. This is absolutely great as it forces you to not become too complacent with the shots landing in the same place. And the Lobster is unbelievably accurate so it lands the balls in the same spot over and over if you want. Other machines lack this variable depth ability and in practice I believe this is a huge benefit. While other machines do have random oscillation and maybe even random spin, they lack the ability to alter the depth of shot. I like to groove a particular shot but want the ability for the machine to force me to move up/back so I can get the timing and footwork down in addition to the stroke itself. The topspin/underspin the machine can generate is amazing as well. You will really learn to see the ball better and adjust your shots accordingly. Plus the machine ’s ability to lob is also incredible so you can practice smashing those lobs from the net all the way back to no- man ’s land and beyond. The machine is really very quiet even when oscillating – you will not have to feel uncomfortable using it with other players nearby. The battery life is amazing too-- I have never run down a battery even to half way and I have been out on the courts for well over 2+ hours running the machine through its paces. And the 20 function remote is a real life saver. It is extremely light and clips right to your waist-- very convenient to start/pause the feed and adjust the speed, spin, elevation, or feed rate. I also play with my son and other family members and this machine is a great training aid since I can step back and watch them hit and give them constructive inputs from the same side of the court and even step in to demonstrate a few shots for them. That is something you can not do when you are feeding balls to them from the other side of the net. When I first got the machine I had a few detailed questions about how to use/set/adjust some features and functions with the machine and/or remote and the support from Lobster was beyond great – a quality response in short order. If you are still reading this lengthy review, I can tell that you really want a machine but just have a hard time justifying it. The ability to practice on your own or with other family members and see demonstrable improvement in your game and fitness level is priceless and is all the justification you need. This is an investment for 20+ years and you can easily justify that to improve your game, spend quality time with family, and improve your fitness.

Lobster Man
Lobster Elite IV is a highly portable practice partner that does n't talk back. It throws realistic balls with topspin and underspin. The drills give a good workout that helps with conditioning and strategy. The Triple Oscillation places the ball all over the court making you run and practice your footwork and approach. It has variable spin and placement, giving youa good look at simulated drop shots and regular side to side, front to back ground shots. The build of the machine is good and I do n't suspect any problems with it. Customer Service at Lobster is good in my experience. I had a issue with a jammed ball( used an old dog ball) and they helped me through the issue. Lastly, the Lobster IV has good battery life at 3+ hours. It's easy to setup and transport to the court. I 've enjoyed the new foldable handle that makes it easy to pull to the court. It's 45 lbs and takes some getting used to lifting it from the ground to the car. I highly recommend the Lobster Elite IV.

A great machine for improving skills, especially when working on placement. Setting up to configure the ball projection to desired areas is relatively simple. The only minus was that the handle seems a little light weight, and appeared to have more `` play '' in it than I expected, given the actual weight of the machine.

A great friend for those who want to improve groundstrokes, volleys etc... when you do n't control your working schedule, or no one is around to play with. Remote control is not a must but surely saves you some minutes. Suggest 100 balls so you can count the shots missed and figure your percentage. Load balls in a way most will stay in the upper part of basket. This way you 'll prevent a bigger number of balls from satying in the basket as it empties. The all around court feature offers better result when machine is placed in one extreme side of singles marks( or doubles). If you place it in the middle, most balls will fall out of court either in on side or the other due to angle. If you are not used to play a lot, take it slow in order to prevent tenniselbow or armstress, which will cause you not to be able to practice for a few days. Take notes of best positions of ball machine, speed and height angle so that you do n't have to go through it again next time you practice. Ball hopper IS A MUST! And cones can assist you to aim at right places. So far I have improved my backhand more than anything else, but surely will practice my forehand too. Great machine!!

Great stability and control. Of all of the current Nike tennis shoes for women, these are the ones that find the balance of stability without being too heavy or clunky. The GP Challenge Pro is the best shoes for anyone playing hardcourt 3+/week. For me, the Zooms are too flexible- there are n't any brakes when you sprint and change direction on hardcourt in the Zooms. Plus the sole of the Zoom wears out too quickly, I replaced them every two months because the tread was gone. The Zooms triggered plantar fasciitis when I wore them because my feet were working too hard in the loose, flexible shoe. A competitor of mine broke her foot the first time she wore the Zooms. First short ball she sprinted from the baseline and broke her foot. No stability. The Osaka's are CUTE but are far too heavy and not breathable enough for a long singles match. Enter the GP Challenge Pro. The upper has reinforcement at the midsole to keep you locked in. It prevents you from sliding through the toe when you are sweaty and chasing short balls. The tread is hearty and holds up with frequent hardcourt use- I am replacing mine every 6 months which is typical if not a little longer than usual. And the sole has an athletic contour with little give that makes the shoe very responsive. They are such a good shoe that you never have to think about them. My only gripe about them is the CHEAP insole. It is so laughably bad it ruins the shoe. I end up using the Sof Sole athletic gel insole. It is easier on the joints and prevents blisters and bunching than the sole provided. With the replacement insole it is a 5 star shoe.

Please, Nike product team, if you ’ re reading this. Make this shoe into a BASKETBALL shoe. I ’ ve written this review 3 times but it hasn ’ t shown up- apologies if this is redundant… Great lateral stability but below average energy return when bouncing, sprinting, jumping, etc. all this shoe needs is a full length zoomx midsole or a combination of zoomx and zoom heel/toe pads, softer outsole and a reinforced padded tongue. If done, Nike would have a premier basketball shoe that would rival the GT and Nike signature lines.

These shoes are fun and feel pretty good. My feet feel stable in them; however, the tongue does n't seem like it is wide enough at the top. There is just enough of a gap to rub my foot. I have to readjust the tongue a few times to make sure that area is completely covered so as not to rub. I do n't think sizing up would help this issue because the rest of the shoe fits perfectly for me. For the record, I do n't have wide feet nor are they narrow.

We got this for my high school son who is on the varsity tennis team at his school. He was looking for a way to get more practice time on the court. This machine is great. The adjustable ball feed rate, backspin, topspin, elevation, ball speed up to 70mph and random oscillation across the court is perfect. He can vary it from an easy workout to one that is extremely challenging and has him dripping in sweat after 30 minutes. Not cheap, but if you are serious about your game it's a good investment.

My favorite shoe! Built to last and plays to perform. This shoe fits snug and gives you support so you can excel on the court. You feel ready to attack a move with speed and control. They do n't feel like just another shoe. I bought the vapor 11 and they fo not compare. They feel flat and less support. They are made well but you may burn through the toe area fast. You wo n't burn through the toe in the Cage 4 Rafa. They work for me. I have an average foot with no specific needs. These are my match time shoes.

[ I like the color red. But especially this color since it is not common. I have thin ankles, so I need different and unique shoes to match my body. And I only achieved that with Reebok and their Court Victory Pump Shoes. I love the comfort when training at the gym, because I can do my leg routine without getting tired since the sole is flexible and ergonomic. I can do squats, run and jump as well as walk without feeling the impact of the ground on my feet.
