[ I did not receive the backpack cooler to review, but this smaller Core cooler instead. It is still an INCREDIBLE cooler. I used it( again) this past weekend for a music festival I attended. This is a really sturdy cooler. The insulation is SO GOOD and keeps things cold all day long. I really love the magnetic closure because it ’s easy to access your drinks/snacks, but keeps the cooler sealed really well. It comes with a padded shoulder carrying strap and a built in bottle opener. What more could you want? With lots of different styles to choose from, I really think the Core brand coolers are a “ one and done ” kind of purchase. This thing will last for years and years.

[ I love everything about this backpack cooler. Not only does it fit just the right amount of beverages I need and keeps them cold for up to 3 days, it is also very comfortable to carry. The waterproof zipper,( which is a little hard to use at first but they do provide a lubricant for it) keeps the cold air in. If you do n't want to use the zipper, the top lid seals magnetically and most of the time closes on its own. It has a front pocket for personal belongings. It has two side mesh pockets for extras, along with a built- in bottle opener. The back of it is padded as well as the straps. There is also a chest clip, adding extra security and comfort. I highly recommend this cooler for all of your summer adventures!

Definitely happy we picked this out. We wanted a cooler that did not look like I was dragging around scuba gear or dry bags. I bought this last month for Travel Baseball. It is a 100% upgrade from the large Yeti cooler we used last year. It is much easier for my wife to handle from car to field on her own. [ I tried this cooler this weekend not intending to leave a review because I didn ’ t really give it a fair chance. We didn ’ t have ice so we used 3 ice packs only. I also had no cold waters so those were room temperature. The cooler was in my car during the heat and outside in a garage when it was above 80 degrees. The waters were cold when I went to get them out. The ice packs were still frozen solid. It had been at least 10- 12 hours. I ’ m sure it would be even better if we had ice. Very Nice Cooler. Igloo stepped their game up! I did a 24 hour on this cooler as soon as I got it to decide if I would keep it. I put an 7lb bag of ice in it with some bottles of water. I left the cooler outside on the deck in 90 degree weather overnight. I checked at the 12 hour mark and 24 hour mark. At 24 hours the water to ice ratio from the ice was about 80% water 20% ice. The ice water was ice cold and the bottles we ice cold. This is exactly what I wanted the pack for, as most people buying it would use it for 24 hours or less. Ideally, I will be using it for maybe 12 hours max at a time so this pack is perfect for me.

[ I love my new OTG Traverse Cooler Backpack in Heather Grey. Its the perfect size for a day on the boat or a hike in the canyons. I 've done both with it and it holds just the right amount of food and drinks for my and my family. This backpack is not like others in that it has a cooler in it. So not only was I able to bring my drinks and food with me; it was super cold too. The backpack is fully insulated and waterproof and holds up to twenty eight cans. I really like that the straps are padded as my back gets sore easy. It has a front pocket perfect for my keys and such. On one side there is a sleeve for your favorite drink or phone and the other a stretch cord to hold in your shoes, clothes, whatever. I definitely recommend the new OTG Traverse Cooler Backpack.

I easily fit 3 bottles of wine, a big water bottle, plus sandwiches and chips. There ’s also a pocket on the outside that works well for a water bottle to be carried on the side, which is great for insulated water bottles that don ’ t need to be inside the cooler. The fact that it ’s a backpack makes it easier and more comfortable to carry than lugging a traditional cooler – and two slim ice packs that I usually put in the kids ’ lunchboxes worked well to keep everything cold all day. I also like that there ’s a dry pocket in the front, which works well for carrying phone, keys and wallet, so you don ’ t have to carry a separate bag. It also looks like a regular backpack – you ’ d never guess it was a cooler just by looking at it. This is really a good size. I can fit a lot in here. I like how it is stiff and stays upright. Its not so hard to open like other expensive coolers. The side mesh elastic pockets hold a lot as well. I bought the beige color. I wish the outside was easier to clean, because I feel it will get dirty quickly. I will be worried about putting it on the dirty grass or dirt. I would like the outside to be a durable as the inside, but I do enjoy it!
