This is my first pair of spineless shoes. The sneakers styling of these shoes make it very comfortable to wear to the driving range and onto the golf course. Whenever I wore low- rising socks, some shoes used to chafe against my ankles, the the knit fabric of these shoes prevent any chafing. The sole is very grippy, so my feet don ’ t slip during my swings. These shoes fit to size, or maybe a bit on the smaller side. The laces will secure very tightly on your feet, so you could get away with half- size bigger. What I also like about these shoes is that even if it ’s waterproof, by feet don ’ t feel stuffy nor sweaty on a dry days, unlike some other waterproof shoes I ’ ve tried.

If you have a slightly wide foot, do not get the regular size, it will destroy you. I 've worn these 5 times and walked a full 18 each time. I thought they would break in, but after 5 rounds, I ca n't wear them anymore. If you play really flat courses you might be fine, but if youre walking up and downhill a lot make sure to get the wide version. These have everything you 'll look for in a good rain boot, warm, very waterproof, and with the right size and width they would be very comfortable. I hope this review helps someone out there because I wish I had a heads up!

The fit around my heel is nice and sung, which was a major factor in pulling the trigger on these( tried on 10 different shoes and my heel was slipping in all of them but these). I love the ease of the Sketchers Slip Ins. Not my first pair of slip ins for other shoes of Sketchers, but the golf cleats provide quick and easy change after playing and going into the club house. I would recommend trying them on as opposed to buying online beforehand. For me Sketchers brand tend to fit about 1/2 to 1 size smaller than what I usually purchase. All in all it is a great shoe that I use for practice mainly that provides easy and quick change that provides great traction, stability, and support without a hassle of changing out cleats.

They size a bit on the big side, I doubted whether to send them back and get one size down but given the need to use them went ahead and do n't regret it. I bought this shoe because I had previously used the FJ Contour Jogger golf shoe that had the same sole. The Contour casual has the same benefit of the excellent gripping sole( without spikes) and also the ability to go car to pro shop( not wearing out golf cleats). The leather on this shoe is amazing and if you 've owned FJ before, you know to buy something when it's available because there's always the poss of things changing in future years with sytle etc. The functionality of this shoe is A++, the quality is A++, the durability is A++. I can not speak for waterproof quality as I have not worn the shoe in wet conditions, but FJ has always warrantied thier products well and so I think that will be A+ as well.

You do not need these abilities on a golf course, however, knowing you can run faster and jump higher leads to some much- needed on- course confidence. These fit true to size. In fact, they fit so well your match- play opponent will likely be so intimidated by the fit, they will card a blazing hot double to start the round. I will need to purchase some longer white laces so I can use the heal- lock function of these shoes, but with white laces, that was inevitable.

Well folks, I have had these shoes for several rounds and I love them. They are a good fit, the slip- on feature is great, and the first time out I wore them for a round of golf, a walk in a park dinner out. All in all about 10 hours and my feet felt great. I have two pair of Nike Air Jordans, and bought these G/Fore ’s because I liked to color and wanted to try them out on my golf trip to the RTJ trail. These shoes are awesome! They are comfortable, and they keep the dew out during early rounds. I could see there being an issue if you have sweaty feet because these shoes are pretty water- proof, and I could see them being uncomfortable if the temperature is hot outside. I love them, and I would recommend them!

My number one reason for leaving this review is that i just played 14 holes for a charity scramble, and it was rain before we started. The shoes made it 12 rounds before I could feel water getting in around the edges. Not bad for hurricane weather! I tried on several shoe brands and types before choosing this style and fit. The size was not accurate to what i would normally wear, but is very comfortable! I played golf once without a waterproof shoe on an early morning, never again. Since buying them I have played on a 102° day and yes my feet were hot, but I feel the shoes did there job of being breathable.

They look amazing and feel even better when I swapped out the stock insole for my personal insoles. They run a little narrow so I went 1/2 size up. Stiff soles at first but after a couple rounds they soften up a little and they always have great traction. No slipping on any wet grass as I walk down a hill or out of a sand trap. My feet feel great( and dry) even after a full round of 18. Plus they look like the OG Tailwinds from the 90s that I wanted since I was a kid!
