Fast. Currently running in Invincible 3s and Infinity Rn4s, I actually bought these just to have. As an older runner with knee arthritis, I need good cushion. I tried these out on a 6 mile treadmill run and wow- these shoes are quick!! There is great support and the sole is perfect no matter where your foot strikes.( I ’ m a mid- forefoot striker). Bought these in 11. 5 wide, which is what I usually get. My feet are n't that wide, sizing worked well for me( maybe if your feet are really wide it 'll feel more snug). Shoes have good grip, feel comfortable, and have enough support for long walks. I would n't run in these personally. The shoe's tongue will crease on the top of your foot a little bit but once you break it in it's less of an issue. Happy with the simple design.

I ’ ve written this review 3 times but it hasn ’ t shown up- apologies if this is redundant… Great lateral stability but below average energy return when bouncing, sprinting, jumping, etc. all this shoe needs is a full length zoomx midsole or a combination of zoomx and zoom heel/toe pads, softer outsole and a reinforced padded tongue. The Nike Pegasus line is elite, and they have produced several of my favorite running shoes over the years. The Nike Pegasus 41s are near the top of my list. They are more breathable than previous models due to the mesh upper. The sole is supportive with adequate cushion. The toe box feels slightly wider which I like. They look amazing and feel even better when I swapped out the stock insole for my personal insoles. They run a little narrow so I went 1/2 size up. Stiff soles at first but after a couple rounds they soften up a little and they always have great traction. No slipping on any wet grass as I walk down a hill or out of a sand trap. Great shoe, it fits really well and Nike seems to have found it's way again by going back to basis. What stops me from giving 5/5 starts is that although it offers an excellent fell and fits like a glove around your foot, I would have liked better support/fit around the ankle( the opening seems to need a bit more cushioning like the Air Max has to offer). Maybe bring back the laces v- shape from older models, it used to offer a bit of a tighter fit. Overall great shoe, I would highly recommend!

I appreciate that Nike has listened to the tennis community and returned some of the qualities of its predecessors. However, I still find the vapor 9. 5 ’s superior. One big issue for me: The drag guard around the medial side is too much. The material doesn ’ t flex, it sort of just displaces into the top of your forefoot when you bend your toes. It feels like kinking garden hose into your foot. It actually astonishes me that testers didn ’ t feel this immediately during development. They should have left out a relief area for that bend point. You can literally see the silhouette of the drag guard underneath where they did cut out that slice, but it ’s nullified by the poly ribs in my opinion. I understand the desire to improve durability, but not at the expense of performance. They also feel a tad long, which is the same issue I had with the Vapor Pro 1& 2. This gives them a slight “ clunkiness ” that older vapors never had. I do think it ’s the best tennis shoe Nike has made in a while, but it could have been great with a bit more consideration.

I appreciate the rear foot stability provided by the deep snug heel counter. I got a great fit by removing the insoles to insert my custom full length foot orthotics. A few triangles of synthetic material seem to be somewhat breathable. The forefoot is flexible and roomy, for the balls of the feet and the toes. Good ground feel and ‘ touch ’. They have a cool classic look. These days in Nike, I am either a Men ’s 11 or 11. 5 Medium. The 11. 5 is just right- with thin socks, like the Nike Spark socks.

I had Nike tempos turf and Nike cleats and they ’ re a size 10. I have decently wide feet and wasn ’ t sure how they were gon na fit, and I stayed with my normal size. Many say to size up for wide feet but honestly if u want a snug fit and the same size as all ur other Nike models, then stick with your normal size. Such a comfortable feeling and you can ’ t go wrong with these!!

My second pair. They do not replace actual snow/rain boots but get a lot of use. I wear these regularly on rainy days and even New England winter weather. This fit true to size in length but do run a little narrow and will feel tighter in the toe box. I buy the same size as a regular pair of Air Max 90s. My only complaint is the logo blends into the overall color of the shoe a lot more so than it looks online. When the shoes are on the floor it just looks like it's all black until you look at it from a specific angle to notice there's a jets logo. But the size is perfect and they 're comfy shoes. If you have a slightly wide foot, do not get the regular size, it will destroy you. I 've worn these 5 times and walked a full 18 each time. I thought they would break in, but after 5 rounds, I ca n't wear them anymore. If you play really flat courses you might be fine, but if youre walking up and downhill a lot make sure to get the wide version. These have everything you 'll look for in a good rain boot, warm, very waterproof, and with the right size and width they would be very comfortable. I hope this review helps someone out there because I wish I had a heads up!
