This is my first pair of spineless shoes. The sneakers styling of these shoes make it very comfortable to wear to the driving range and onto the golf course. Whenever I wore low- rising socks, some shoes used to chafe against my ankles, the the knit fabric of these shoes prevent any chafing. The sole is very grippy, so my feet don ’ t slip during my swings. These shoes fit to size, or maybe a bit on the smaller side. The laces will secure very tightly on your feet, so you could get away with half- size bigger. What I also like about these shoes is that even if it ’s waterproof, by feet don ’ t feel stuffy nor sweaty on a dry days, unlike some other waterproof shoes I ’ ve tried.

Seeing as I knew I wanted another pair, and that I wanted to replace them with a top of the line version, the FJ Pro/SLX Carbon's were my top choice. I have worn them about 4 times now, and feet feel fresh after each use, not tired. They come standard with Orthopedic insoles, so I have yet to buy a pair of Pine Valley Orthotics, like I had with my DNS's. For me, these are the perfect shoe. Great looks and great comfort. Just played my first round with these yesterday and they did not disappoint! This shoe has it all with excellent traction and stability, yet so comfortable at the same time. The fit around my heel is nice and sung, which was a major factor in pulling the trigger on these( tried on 10 different shoes and my heel was slipping in all of them but these). Played in dry conditions so haven ’ t tested the waterproof functionality and grip in wet weather, but I have no doubts they will hold up fine. What a great shoe. This is obviously based on the Victory Tour 3 to my eyes. Has the same DNA but just different enough be distinct and is a joy to wear. You get more cushion on the inside with a little more flex with the out soles. I like the styling and how the swoosh is presented with these shoes. My first round wearing these was great, a very comfortable shoe with a lot of support. I wish I could comment on the water proofing but I live in a dry climate with not a lot of rain, but they seem to be made of materials that will not let moisture get in, I fondly call these the feisty little brother to the Victory Tour 3. I usually wear 11. 5 but these are 12. 5 and fit well. Caution when ordering.
