Bought this for my son for Christmas and loves it. Easy to assemble and started playing in no time. The remote helps set the various options and really fun to play. Can you get a workout playing ping pong? Absolutely... the iPong V300 certainly helps with that!

The robot came in just a few pieces and was super easy to assemble. We had it set up and in use in no time at all. The remote took a little bit to get acquainted with but not that hard. The only thing that I think would be really helpful is the net that I see advertised with it. Right now, we go through all the balls and then spend a few minutes having to pick them all up again. But that's just a convenience thing.

iPong- V300.. This robot is great. I am a coach and use it for myself and for my students. It's easy to assemble and gives me a great work out-- with great consistency. It produces heavy topspin so you get great workout for your arms and your legs.( Bend those knees, guys) Be sure to save your favorite settings for light, medium and heavy topspin, backspin, etc, so you 're ready to go every time you use your robot. My students love it.
