I have been struggling with finding a putter that felt natural for my stroke instead of manufacturing a stroke to fit the putter. I have currently 2 well know putters and the starting letters are L and the other S. Great putters and work for a lot of players but didn ’ t for me. But this putter and I bonded like a wand in Harry Potter. The fit was perfect for me. With that said I did try the array of Spider putters. But this model and particular neck and color of head and kbs shaft all come together. Others may like the other neck or model offerings and try them cause what I discovered is the neck played a big roll in how you I hit the ball. A slightly open toe hang wasn ’ t for me and an other face balance weren ’ t either. So give them a try and get a fitting. The Super Stroke Pistol GT 1. 0 was also the right choice too.

Did n't really like the regular SuperStroke putter grips in the past, was n't great for putting for me but the pistol design is comfortable for me, feels more smoother with my putting stroke, very light as well.

This is a great grip that does a fantastic job of taking the hands out of the equation. I had originally purchased the Scotty Cameron Newport 2 Putter for my husband and it was nice, but then after reading some reviews from golfers with similar handicaps, he wanted this Squareback 2 Putter instead. He loves it and says it's better than the Newport 2 and probably the best putter he has ever used. It has helped him improve his putting so far. Great purchase and highly recommend.

I have the select mallet Scotty and I wanted to upgrade to the Squareback 2, I like the style and the weight was just right. Purchased and installed the Flat large grip on my Cleveland FL Elevado, as I ’ d noticed some shakiness on the takeaway with the stock grip( which, I did like that grip a lot). The reverse taper helped with stability and… my first round with it, had six 1 putts( four of which were from 12- 15 feet) and nine 2 putts( the rest were 3 putts and it happens). Alignment, speed control, weight( being able to feel the putter head more than before) are… well it works as if magically and I ’ m sold. The grip smelled like chemicals( hoping that will go away), and was easy to install myself. Still putt- ing the lights out.

My ping putter was the oldest club in my bag. But I wanted to try a mallett style putter to help me keep the head on line. This will be my 4th Ping putter and switching from a blade I was hooping for more consistant putts. Well after my first round with my new putter. I can truly saw it helped.
