this bench was easy to assemble. It is light, so also easy to move. I use it to lift handheld weights and do bench dips. I have ordered weight brackets and will soon be able to use a bar and weights to do bench press. I am only 110 lbs and 5' 3 '' so it if fine for my size and weight. Not sure if a 200lb lifter would like it as much.

I like this original Hex Bar much better than the bigger version because it takes up way less space with the 10 inch sleeves rather than 16 or more. The knurling is perfect and I love the 25mm grip plus the rigged sleeves so the plates do n't fall off easily when the bar is maxed out on weight. Some critics will complain that you ca n't add more than 500 pounds or so with 10 '' sleeves but unless you 're a strength athlete that weighs 250 or more I do n't see the need.

My wife is 5' 4 '' and can not reach it, but she uses her stepper, but not much. She mostly uses it for tricep dips. The only small complaint I have is the chin up bar does n't feel as solid as the rest of the unit, probably because it's held in with a single bolt? I think a square tube instead of round might have allowed for a more solid connection up top. Either way, for the money you are getting near commercial grade equipment( some might argue this is commercial grade)!!

This piece of machinery is amazing, I have yet to go to the gym after I got this. Works great and has pretty much everything you need besides leg attachments but can do squat and deadlifts so its not a necessary thing. Overall this Cage is amazing and very sturdy. Since I live locally, I was able to just drive up and pick it up myself. The build took me about 2 hours and overall it is high quality and very sturdy. It does n't wobble when I lift or do pull- ups and the optional Lat Pulldown attachment I ordered works great. My one gripe would be the. 8 inch holes that are drilled into the 2X2 tubing. Most standard accessories use 1 inch holes, so I 'll have to wait for Sunny Fitness to release additional attachments( dip bars, landmine, etc.) in the future in order to get more out of the product. _x000D_ _x000D_ Still, it's a great piece of equipment for the price.

What an unbelievable value. This rack is rated for 1000 lbs, has good space and feels very stable. The 1000 lbs capacity is more than plenty. I can work up to 400 lb deadlift, 280 squat, 220 bench press without any issues. I purchased the lat pull down attachment and have been very satisfied.

I read one product review that was quite concerning when purchasing this product. It seems an unlucky customer's arm bar broke from its weld an he could n't fix it. I have owned it for one month now and love it. It has many functions for a single bench and many ways to get a complete work out. So I still have a concern about the arm bar, however, the previous complainer might have just overloaded it with too much weight. I 'm a low weight, high rep kinda guy.

Overall product is well manufactured, high quality steel used in the proudhon; however, a little bit of bad hardware. Some of the aircraft nuts for the longer bolts were poorly manufacturer, the weight holding posts on the reveres walk in squat area were not properly tap and a bad welding job on the seat post bracket to not allow the bolt to be secured down tightly enough without braking the welds on the bracket.

The bar is good overall, but it lacks the clips needed to hold weight plates on the bar. This bar has smooth ends, not the typical screw on ends. Most- if not all- bars come with the nuts/clips you need to hold the weight on- this one does not. Adding insult to injury, the clips I bought later for this bar do n't even fit- even though the bar AND the clips are both 'standard.'( Both were bought at Dicks).

It's also short enough to work out in tight spaces and breaks apart to fit in a suit case. I use it with my tube bands and my pilates reformer. This is a great deal for the amount of weight. The bar is good quality. 300lbs is sufficient for beginner and some intermediate weightlifters. My Son and I had to purchase additional weight, but this brand has a reasonable price on additional plates. Dicks often has promotions and sales too.

I read the review about people having issues with building it. You just need two wrenches( 9/16 or 15mm) to tighten the screw and bult together. Note do not tighten all the screws until the whole thing is assembled. I am able to use 25lb weights on

Sturdy and a neat way to organize your barbells and plates. Easy to setup and a real space saver. Love the finish and feel of the piece, the Allen screws securing the peg sleeves are prone to loosening with use but really not that big of an issue. The included spring clamps are a plus and I 'm also using them to keep the plates secured when using the leg developer attachment on my adjustable bench. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone in the market for a space saving plate and barbell rack
