I liked the comfort of walking with no high arch. With these sneakers I had to add another light thin insert for more comfort in walking. These sneakers should come with a shoe horn. I have to use my fingers while sitting in order to put these on... or otherwise my very long shoe horn to put these on is difficult with the opening being small but stretchy They are comfortable once you get them on. Best running shoes I ever had. I run 5 miles every other day and have wide, flat feet and these provide a nice combination of stability and cushioning. I did experience the “ suctioning ” phenomenon that others noted, but it ’s minor and only really noticed it on the treadmill or inside…not running outside. I went up a half size like I do with all Nike running shoes and fit was perfect.
