It fits under my Pilates reformer perfectly. Protects my wood floor and minimizes movement while doing exercises, but I 'm still able to slide it along the floor. Also great that it did not have a horrible plastic smell.

Bought it about a month ago to go with my Schwinn bike and its been wonderful. Does n't move or cause any damage to the hardwood floor or carpet floor( used it on both). The mat quality is really good and sturdy. Looks good too.
