Luckily I have not had to use it, but if I ever do I know it will do exactly what it is meant for. It is very effective and makes me feel 100% safer than being without it!! While I can ’ t have this or my Sabre brand taser inside the building at work, I do keep them in my car while I find way to be able to carry it to the building to the car and vice versa. But when I arrive home, it does come in handy when getting to the door from my car as I don ’ t live in the safest area. Sabre makes great quality products, I know because I have two tasers( a full size and mini one for the keychain). They ’ re made of durable feeling plastic and are easy to use. They fit comfortably in your hand and hitting the spray in a situation feels natural. It ’s not too difficult to use and figure out. When I tested it out in an open outdoor area, the spray was great and had no clogs or any other undesirable issues. I hope to never need this, but I ’ m glad I have it!
