The traction is almost god tier and does not slip out, even on the dustiest of settings and no matter what the surface is( besides outdoor). I 've been using the gore- Tex trail shoes with Currex high arch insoles for more than a year of consecutive daily running. I was doing more trail/gravel running til late winter& switched to the track for later runs. This is my first carbon plate Nikes and I ca n't believe how much faster& lighter they feel on my feet. Of course now I want to try the vapor/alphas as well. I have really high arches and it is like they made this shoe to fit me perfectly. My warm up mile was light and breezy in this shoe and my speed work was definitely faster than normal. I struggled to run slow in these shoes for my cool down mile- your feet turnover fast in these shoes. I did have to size up a half size from a 7. 5 to 8, but super pleased after just one run. I worry that the 8mm drop is a little too high for me to use on long runs tho, but we ’ ll see.

I ’ ve bought Reebok Nano 6 ’s for years and they ’ ve been great for CrossFit workouts. I recently switched to more HIIT workouts and really felt the need for more cushioning- especially going from box jumps to sprints and more. I bought the metcons in both 8. 5( my normal size) and 9 ’s as people said to size up. They were comfortable and had more cushioning yet the same stability as my metcons but the sizing was a bit weird. My normal size felt a little bit tighter/smaller but the 9 ’s felt huge. I was researching training shoes to replace my old worn out ones. Found metcons, and decided to check them out. As soon as I tried them on in store, I was in love. I ’ ve worn them for about a month and they are the perfect leg day shoes. Enough support but still perfect stability. 10/10.

I wear the same size as all my other Nikes. I bought these for the gym and really like them. I wanted a change from the Metcon 3s i have. The airmax have a harder sole with less flex but u still use them for jumping rope, squats, calisthenics and everything else. I think they have a very athletic look.

The Air Force 1; one of the most versatile shoes to ever own and I got my first pair almost 5 years ago. These are singlehandedly the best shoes I 've ever owned and they are EXTREMELY comfortable, you can never go wrong throwing these on for any day, I know this is the women version but I need to leave a second review because of how positive my experience with these are. If you are debating purchasing them wait no longer; you will not regret it. When they come out of the box they will be a little tight as with all pairs but these specific shoes are so comfy for my wider feet, they will last if you clean and take care of them, I can always put these on and never want to take them off, their padded and cushioned, they have great sizing and break into your foot size and have great support, their casual, they go with everything, they never feel super warm but they are so cozy, these are a must- have If you are wanting a pair of these, grab them; I walk everyday in them and do n't regret getting my first ever pair because I 'm hooked, I used to think that they were overworn and overrated, I was wrong. Best shoe ever.

I bought these with skepticism- Nike usually has good looking shoes, but often underdeliver with quality and functionality. These shoes get the job done. I purchased with the intention of wearing them in the weight room- no desire to run and/or jump in them. They provide excellent ankle support and a wide toe base so that you 're able to get your feet set before every lift. The firm sole provides little toe bend, which I appreciate. I would n't recommend them if you 're wanting to run, they 're heavier and on the clunky side, but think they 're well suited for a lifting or HIIT type shoe.

Do n't know how these caught my eye but as my title explains I am an Adidas fan. These are probably the first Nike sneakers I bought in 20 years or more. The orange color combo is sleek, the fit and comfort is very very good. The kicker was the price. I train on the gym lifting weights and do some light running. These sneakers are versatile for the entire package and I 'm impressed. Good job Nike.
