This is my third pair of Danner ’s I also have a pair of Bull run moc toe and Loggers 917 gtx. This pair like the loggers I had to break in but only because my feet have bunions and the the toe box is a bit more narrow. Other than that they fit like a glove and the more I wear them the more comfortable they get. I love the way they look. Will buy another in the future.

I bought these for light hiking and walking for vacation. I wore them 6 days out of 7 on vacation and they were amazing. I felt like I was walking on a cloud and they were comfortable even tho I walked over 12, 000 steps a day in them every day. Running around, prepping for trip, they kept my feet warm and dry in negative temps and snow. Standing for 4+ hours at a time, no problem. These were the only shoes I took on my 7- day trip: walking, hiking, ice, snow, rain, airports, shopping on cobblestone streets- you name it, I did it and my feet felt great. Fortunately I did not experience standing in deep snow or excessive rain, so I ca n't speak to how waterproof they are in extreme climates- but the limited rain and snow I encountered my feet stayed dry. Traction was good on snow and ice, I did n't slip or slide once. Use the website measurements to choose your size- it was spot on. These boots look amazing on- they do not make your feet look big and the cream color with the pink laces... cute, cute, cute!!! I 've only done a 9 mile hike so far but this `` Hiking Sneaker '' can handle it. I hiked over some very jagged rocks, mud, and even snow and it handled it like it was nothing as the high ankle support and decently grippy traction held up very well. I expected some damage to the outsole afterwards as I was stepping on rocks at sharp angles but to my surprise they held up. It's definitely gotten dirty by now but I got the beige colorway so it kind of blends in. The upper of this hiking sneaker is definitely much tighter and it hurt a bit when I started my hike but keep in mind I have flat feet and other reviews of this sneaker say that you need to break it in which was true later on in my hike as they did n't hurt at all. This shoe is definitely for me as I 'm not a serious hiker, I chose this shoe because I liked the looks of it and wanted a more serious shoe outside of my Ultraboost ATRs which are more focused for trails rather than hiking. I plan on taking this on many more hikes though.
