Great shorts, light, good length( I ’ m 5 ’ 6 ”). The more I run the more I want shorts that cover what they need to cover but otherwise get out of the way. There ’s a decent sized zippered pocket in the back which I don ’ t always need but it ’s also not noticeable so it ’s a well designed feature. I have them in black and football gray and hope Nike offers more colors like navy, gray, and light blue.

[ I ’ m usually picky when it comes to biker shorts because they ’ re pretty much all I wear during the spring/summer months. I love these ones specifically because they ’ re form fitting and flattering( they hide the mom pouch!) and they ’ re very comfortable. They ’ re size accurate and come down to a nice length for biker shorts, they ’ re not too short and seem appropriate for most situations especially during the summer since there ’s no pattern/giant logo so you could easily dress them up with a longer dressier shirt or pair with any shirt to go work out. I ’ m very excited to have these shorts!

These are the training shorts I 've always wanted. I generally hate shorts with liners because the elastic in the leg holes is irritating and annoying. I usually opt for linerless shorts and athletic boxer briefs. These are everything in one. The benefit of these shorts is that the outer shorts are attached to the inner liner. The pockets on these shorts stays put. I have another pair of Nike running shorts and the pocket liner pokes out the bottom when I put my phone in there. So annoying. The only thing I 'd change is the advertised phone pocket in the back is much too small for my iPhone Max. Otherwise these are perfect.

[ So far, really impressed with Nike ACG! Their line has some very well- designed and functional pieces for all kinds of outdoorsy activities. I ordered these for my brother. Some initial impressions:- They really weren ’ t kidding about the pockets! So many of them( hidden, zipped, small, large, front, back, you name it!). I ’ m not share how secure some pockets are, but in general, very convenient.- The material is very lightweight but sturdy. There ’s a mesh inner layer underneath as well, which looks very breathable and comfy.- The shorts are super adjustable! I accidentally got a large for my brother, but we were able to make it work because of the elastic waist and drawstrings.- The shirts have some loops meant for hiking poles( so cool?!). I bet you could also add a carabiner or something.- I really liked the neutral color scheme. The top of the shorts is gray and has an interesting plaid print.- They are a little pricier than what I ’ m used to, but given the unique features, I think this might be worth it for an avid hiker or if they ’ re on sale. It ’s too chilly to wear these out now, but I ’ m sure they ’ ll be perfect for indoor use or for hikes in warmer weather!

[ I really like the feel of the shorts. When wearing these shorts to play basketball, I loved how they are very lightweight. The fabric provided me with a breathable and moisture- wicking feel that was very comfortable. The shorts were a bit snug when I first put them on but when playing basketball, they were very flexible. The waistband was flexible on my body and didn ’ t dig in my thighs while running. The style of the shorts provided me with ample amounts of space to place my keys and my phone. I also like the inner- lined of the shorts that provide me with support. The amount of space to store things was one of my favorite parts of these shorts, including the loops to latch things onto them. One thing I would change about these shorts would be the fitting of the shorts once I first put them on. The shorts are comfortable but for someone with thicker thighs, the internal lining could cut into the thigh. I would get a size bigger just for my thighs.

LOVE THESE! Feels like they 're barely there and they 're not super high rise like a lot of shorts. The material is very light and breathable, LOVE IT! The only thing I would change is having a central zippered back pocket for a gel or larger gel pockets. These pockets are pretty small and my gels hang out.

These are my favorite running shorts since high school. I wish I had more pairs honestly. They ’ re light but cover great on runs. I usually lift in tights so I didn ’ t notice if they were squat proof but the best run shorts in my opinion. [ These breakaway shorts are great for running. Instead of shorts or pants sticking and chafing my skin on each stride, these just float away and move with each leg. This lets me think about the run and anything else instead of having the friction from fabric on my mind. I think this lets me run more and makes runs more enjoyable because of that lessened mental load. It's very bright and yellow, which is great when I 'm running. The fabric is very thin and lightweight. It's not quite see through, but something to be mindful of. At this short length of a short, I guess it's not much of a concern for wearers. I 'm going to keep this review short so I can get back out in these shorts and start another run!

It indicated the pockets failed when the reviewer put his phone in the pocket. No such issue on my part and that includes the protective case that covers my phone. It was snug and has no movement in the shorts while I run which means I can run comfortably without strapping the phone to my arm or leave it behind.

Ran my second marathon in these. Perfect. Did n't even know they were there—except when I needed to grab my gels from the side pockets. Tested out with a 17 mile long run before the race. Both times no issues with chaffing. Might be a little warm on a hot day, but perfect for mid 50s- 60s. One side pocket seem popped the first time I took them off, but that was fixed up with a little extra stitching from the sewing machine.
