I love the feel of the material and how they hug the skin without cutting off my circulation. I wear them during outdoor walks and in the gym. In both cases the pockets hold my phone, keys, earbuds, etc. I have fluctuated weight and at each stage I can still wear them comfortably. I have washed and put in the dryer but I would recommend for longevity to air dry only( or lay on top of a dryer). Absolutely love these leggings! They fit snug but move with you. My only complaint is that the waistband tends to roll down when I workout and bend over. Otherwise these are a 10/10 I ’ ve lost weight and these still fit great and I ’ ve had them for about 3 years now.
