I run with a heel strike, and I have found the cushioning and the support around the heel of the trainer really helpful for this. Quality is excellent, though I have come to expect that from brooks! I have been buying Adrenaline GTS for YEARS, several pairs a year. And these were the first pair I did n't slip into and did n't love immediately. I hated them instantly, they were too soft, too different then I was used to. I felt that if they were going to drastically change the Adrenaline GTS's they should have just come up with another line of shoes and not touched my perfect shoe!! I was upset. Everything that I had loved in a shoe was lost. BUT I kept wearing them, and about two weeks of wearing them everyday and complaining I fell in with them. I always have knee soreness with other sneakers, but I wore these all 7 days of our trip and did n't have any knee pain whatsoever! I 'm so impressed. They are water resistant which is a huge plus, they wiped clean and look new even after going through a couple downpours. The tread was sturdy on slippery cobblestone streets, too. This waterproof shoe also allows me to run as long as I want without stopping due to the elements. The shoes are very comfortable overall, I do feel as though they run a tad big, but I don ’ t think I ’ d size down. It honestly just feels a little big in the heel area; my toes were in a good spot in the shoe. I love the reflective piece! It ’s very innovative, looks really cool with that rainbow effect, and keeps me visible/safe if I run when it ’s dark. I like the black/grey colorway but I definitely want to cop these in a lighter color too so I have options as far as outfits go. I ’ d recommend these for any outdoor runners or athletes! They definitely keep my feet dry, as intended.

I bought these for light hiking and walking for vacation. I wore them 6 days out of 7 on vacation and they were amazing. I felt like I was walking on a cloud and they were comfortable even tho I walked over 12, 000 steps a day in them every day. I have an issue with “ hammer toes ” and my toes were perfectly fine in these shoes. Runs a little short, ordered 1/2 size larger.

The zip closure is convenient and allows you to loosen or tighten the shoes “ on the fly ” when you need to make an adjustment. I 've only had them a couple of days. I am not a runner; I got into Hokas due to plantar faciitis recommendation from an ortho doc. These are not as comfortable as my Hoka Bondis, but they are still pretty good; I wanted these GTX so I had a waterproof pair for traveling in the UK. Size: I am 75 years old; I have worn either a 12. 5 or a 13 for the past 50 years! I never before put on a pair of 13s and found them to be too small. And not even a little, but waaaay too small! I ordered a 14, thinking those would be too big, but they actually fit... and fit a little tightly!!! Maybe the smaller sizes run better, but these bigger sizes are completely off!!!!!

I have had a lightweight suit in the back past. I used it to travel in the rain on my motorcycle. It was great coverage and I stayed dry. The lightweight was also nice as I could have a hoodie underneath for warmth. The pants easily went over my boots. I highly recommend this product.

These pants feel like quality. They are 98% pre- washed organic cotton and feel great, soft, not stiff. They are a little narrow, so you might want to size up. The pockets are ample and there are draw strings at the ankle to prevent creepy crawlies from crawling up your pant legs. The length is good if you are on the shorter side. If you are over 5' 5 '' they may be short.
