Shoes have good grip, feel comfortable, and have enough support for long walks. I would n't run in these personally. These are the training shorts I 've always wanted. I generally hate shorts with liners because the elastic in the leg holes is irritating and annoying. I usually opt for linerless shorts and athletic boxer briefs. These are everything in one. The benefit of these shorts is that the outer shorts are attached to the inner liner. Pants are very comfortable, lightweight, just elastic enough to add to durability of consistent wear. Does stain a little easier than other pants. Staple part of my rotation now, will be copping in a different color.
