I 'm usually a large men's and a medium fit me perfectly and very loose which is what I wanted. I needed substantial weight and space for my workouts- I noticed shoulders were getting tighter on my other shirts and this gave me space to breathe. If you have wide hips or a belly the cut is generous and wo n't hug down low either. Breathes well even in hot weather( i do n't get overheated while wearing it) but this is not a performance shirt so if you need the best I 'd recommend a thinner fabric. 10/10- I bought 3 and immediately bought 2 more. When they go on sale I 'll buy even more hehe

[ As a larger man with broad shoulders, a muscular chest, yet a small waist, I didn ’ t think I ’ d ever find a good fitting summer shirt that didn ’ t balloon out like a tent. Then I found this shirt. I love the material and how it feels. Almost like I ’ m wearing nothing at all! Also like the fit, though I do wish there was a “ tailored ” style with the waist tapered more. I have an upside down triangle shape, and while this does fit better than some, there ’s definitely a lot of material around the midsection that I don ’ t need. Takes away from my body shape. I got a medium and it fits like a large extra large( returning). The blue however, fits very nicely, loose athletic fit. I am 5, 9/170lbs& after wash/dry it is now perfect. Lastly... I intended to purchase these two long sleeve shirts as a base layer, almost like an `` under armor type '', but disappointingly it is just a regular T- shirt cotton. I do n't know why it claims to be moisture wicking and sweat drying technology because it clearly is not meant to be worn for sweaty sweaty activities.

Also, the two secure breast pockets are perfect for a passport, face mask, et al.
