I am normally a medium for the golf shirts and decided to get a large for the hoodie as I wanted to be able to wear layers if needed. What I didnt know prior to ordering was that the hoodie doesnt fit the same as the golf shirts do, it fits a bit looser. So in my case, a medium would have done the job. My daughter had my 5' 0 daughter at 90 pounds had a size small and the arms were fine, length of sweatshirt was great but it was made for larger bodied person.
