[ I have a couple of these hoodies and I love them for outdoor activity. The material is light enough to wear when it's hot, but just wind- blocking enough to be good for a slight chill. The sun protection is top notch with the thumb- loop sleeves and hood, and the pockets are perfect for whatever small items I need to take on the trail/run. I bought the 1/4 zip in Black, and I love it. So comfortable, warm, and cute for athletic and athleisure. The only drawback is that the black faded horribly on the first wash. I did n't have this issue with the full zip in a lighter color. I am back to buy the 1/4 zip in two lighter colors now.
