I ’ ve had the Hyperice Venom 2 for over a year now. It works very well and lasts around 110 minutes on the highest heat and constant vibration settings. I rarely use anything other than the constant vibration, the on/off settings don ’ t do much for me. I appreciate how quickly this item heats up, it is much faster than a traditional back pad. The one gripe I have with it is that this is very fit to use on the lower back, I have had upper back pain in the past and this does not cover that area easily. Overall I ’ m satisfied with this purchase and I ’ m glad to have it in my arsenal of Hyperice items.

I pulled my back moving furniture sometime in March. Since then, I ’ ve been in awful pain. Btw, I ’ m an in shape guy, 27 years old. It felt like it was never going away for months and months. I got this ball about 2 months ago. It didn ’ t appear to be working at first because I probably wasn ’ t using it right. We have a house of athletes that travel for competitions and having a vibrating roller that travels easily is a huge benefit. We have had a larger vibrating roller for a year and its used daily but it does n't travel easily. We like the Grid Vibe Plus because its small but packs a punch. Works amazingly well! I have several Trigger Point products, however, this one rises above the rest! Due to its size and construction it quite effectively targets harder to access spots. In enables deep tissue rolling/self massage. The three modes are nice but I have found the first level of vibration to be strong enough in most circumstances. Directions are incorrect how they indicate if device is actively charging or fully charged. Directions state there is an orange LED by charging port. This is incorrect, there are 2 LED ’s only on opposite side by the on/off switch. The one furthest on right blinks blue to indicate charging, it becomes solid blue when fully charged. The 3 LED ’s also indicate what charge level has been set, 1, 2 or 3, although this is obvious. Minor issue for user confusion but would certainly not sway me from recommending this product.
