[ Let me start off my saying i totally love this jacket. It is for my 8 year old son. He ’s average height for his age and this jacket fits him a little loose. Which is fine for me since he can easily wear it over a sweatshirt. The design is relatively basic yet classic at the same time. Black with white can never go out of style. One of the great features of this jacket is the ribbed cuffs by the wrist. Although the arm length is a little long this feature stops the sleeve from going over the hand. The hood is a nice size and easily covers the entire head and face. So far we have used it in light rain and it has kept him totally dry. The material is soft. Its not too heavy but provides great protection from the wind and rain. Its light weight and very comfortable as well. Its my sons go to jacket when he leaves the house for most off the fall season. Hes only had it for a few weeks so far but the material has held up great. No signs of wear. Its pretty easy to clean. I highly recommend this jacket to anyone with kids. Its stylish and very practical for a very reasonable price. I would definitely buy again and plan on getting more in the future.

[ This is the 3rd Nike Windrunner we have gotten for our 3yr old son. They have quickly become our go- to light jacket and are definitely his favorite. When it comes to jackets for toddlers we are looking for jackets that look nice and are versatile. But that are easy to put on and easy to clean. The Nike Windrunner checks all the boxes. I especially love the all black color of this one as it will be even better about not showing dirt and staying clean. The all black look of this jacket makes it look even more premium than some of the brighter color combos we have. The white Nike logo really pops off the white, it looks nice but a tone on tone gray logo could be really sleek as well. The jacket is a little big for our son, but we intentionally ordered a size up so he could grow into and wear it longer. The fabric feels super premium and similar to his other jackets am confident this will last for a long time. Really happy with this jacket. As many parents know, it comes down to what is comfy and easy to put on. So we tend to put him in a lot of comfy athleisure gear. This all black jacket looks nicer than our other windrunners and will get tones of use. Never change the Windrunner, it is an all- time classic for parents and kids.

[ So I just want to start out by saying that it ’s way too warm for me to wear this out and about right now, but it will definitely be a staple once the weather cools down. It ’s such a lightweight jacket with snap enclosures where the pockets are which is a nice little throwback feature that you don ’ t see often in jackets. I got a medium and I love that it ’s a little oversized, but not too large so as to where you ’ re drowning. I love that the outside of the jacket gives windbreaker material, but the inside doesn ’ t meaning you won ’ t sweat at all in it like a typical windbreaker. I personally love this jacket and can ’ t wait for it to cool down so I can wear it somewhere other than inside my house.

The white color feels perfect for something to throw on during summer and its breathable enough for mild summer days. [ This has been awesome for running outside in cold or windy weather! I ’ ve used this for several runs around 20 degrees, several more while it ’s snowing, and a few while it was super windy out. I wore two undershirts, and the jacket was REALLY good to block wind for hitting my arms or head. The coat was also not baggy, so it didn ’ t turn me into a sail. It ’s been very good at keeping my torso warm and protected. Overall, I ’ ve used the coat between 5 to 40 degrees, with two long- sleeved undershirts to one t- shirt underneath, and the coat was great in those options. The coat had a nice “ vent ” in the back, which was great to let my body release some heat, reducing sweating. I wish the coat also had armpit vents, but the back vents are big enough to work great. The pockets on the front were zippered, which was great at keeping my office keys safe while running! The hood covered my head very well, without being too big to come off my head in wind. Really, I was running head first into wind one time, and the hood stayed on really well, keeping my head and ears warm. I normally wear a medium, 34- 35 ” shirt, with a 16. 5 inch neck. This jacket fit very well. It works with a T- shirt underneath, up to two long sleeved shirts I ’ ve warm. Good size. The jacket has also been really good with moisture. I ran about 6 miles in a snowing day, and the only part that got wet was really on my neck, sweat and snow hitting that spot for 30 minutes or still. Really, my under- shirts only got wet from sweat under the jacket. Very happy to have this jacket to run outside!

[ I ’ ve had the Brooks Canopy Jacket for a few weeks now and it has been my go to running jacket. Since it is winter, I layer underneath but really enjoy the jacket is breathable and lightweight. There are vented flaps on the back that help keep air flow during my runs which is a nice feature. The jacket has zippered pockets to hold my house key and phone while running, and a nice size hood to pull up when needed for rain or wind. So far the jacket fits true to size and has not shrunk with washing as I follow the washing instructions and hang dry. I plan on purchasing another canopy jacket when spring rolls around as the jacket is great for windy rainy weather!

[ The Men's Canopy Jacket is a great running jacket. It keeps you warm in 40 degree F weather without extra layers besides a T- shirt. It felt comfortably cool during the run. The back air vents were n't noticeable in the wind and helped keep your body cool. The hood kept your head from getting too cool without a hat, but you can comfortably run without the hood up if desired. The jacket fabric was a nice dry fit durable material that felt smooth and also looked great. The jacket was true to fit and felt just the right size. The elastic around the wrists kept the sleeves from moving around as you ran. The hood was snug on my head when up, but could also fit a stocking hat under it if it was colder outside. Fully zipped up the jacket would cover most of your without rubbing on your neck as you ran. The jacket had 2 front lower pockets each with zippers to keep anything inside secure. The right- hand pocket also had a built- in sleeve within the pocket to hold a phone more secure. I felt like my phone was still bouncing around too much in that location and did not run with it in my jacket pockets. Smaller objects like keys were fine in these pockets. Overall, I think this running jacket is a great jacket. It kept me warm without requiring extra layers in colder weather. It looks great as a running jacket, and it feels like it could just be worn as a casual jacket if you want to. I 'm looking forward to continuing to use this jacket and running more outside now that I have it.

[ The canopy jacket is a perfect spring layer. Right out of the box, I really liked the feel of the jacket and it looked flattering when I put it on. I am typically a small and even though I am in my 3rd trimester, I was surprised to find that the jacket still fit due to elasticity in the material. It will be perfect when I get back to my typical size. The two zipping pockets are great to keep my keys secure on a run and big enough for a phone if I am wearing it more casually. The material also did a great job keeping me dry in a slight rain. I do n't believe the jacket is completely water- proof, but it is certainly water resistant, which I would n't have expected with how soft and non- plasticy the material feels. The trade off with jackets that keep water out is that they are not the most breathable, but the canopy jacket seems to have found a nice balance between the two. The vent in the back helped to let some of my body heat escape so that I did n't feel like I was trapped with heat and sweat. Overall, this is a piece that I will come back to often.

[ This is one of the best jackets out there. The design and comfort feel effortless. This is the perfect weight to keep you sheilded from all the elements. It is so comfortable and the fabric is super soft and lightweight. It was truly thought out in the design to have the more breathable fabric under the arm to keep you from feeling over heated during your run. I did get to wear this in some misty/light rain and I stayed dry the entire time. My favorite thing about this jacket is definitely the material. It is different from anything I currently own. The one thing I was a little annoyed with was the front zippers have these nice toggles to grip on to. But the side pockets are just tiny metal traditional toggles that I found hard to open using one hand, not even running. Overall all I think this is a perfect jacket for an all season runner and will even be wearing this to run errands as I think it also just looks sharp.

[ When I first put this jacket on, I was pleased with how it perfectly fit. I typically wear a men ’s small and it was right on. The sleeves were not too short and were not too long, they were just right! While this jacket is thin, it provides more warmth than you ’ d expect. When I was moving out on a cool night, it was very comfortable — both the fit and the temperature. I did notice once I stopped it was a bit warm for me after a workout. The look of the jacket to me seems like something a runner would wear. Outside of exercising, I ’ d be willing to wear it casually, but probably not if I was on a date or somewhere that I wanted to impress. The quality seems really good and it ’s what I ’ ve come to expect from this brand.

I am absolutely in LOVE with the color and warmth of this jacket! Just finished a Utah 10K wearing it, the weather started at 35 degrees with partial Sun and wind, and ended at 41 degrees. I wore this jacket with just a t shirt underneath, and stayed at the perfect temp the entire run!!! Omg I need more of these babies! I loved that I could fold up the hood, and all of the pockets. I REALLY like this jacket. The material is so light for a rain jacket/wind breaker. I wouldn ’ t recommend it in heavy rain, but lighter rain yes. But it packs down so small it ’s easy to stick in your vest or just wear with the backpack straps on it so it ’s there if any wind or storms pop up.

This rain jacket is super impressive. When it comes to traveling, camping, hiking, or even exploring new cities, countries, etc. You ca n't beat the portability of this jacket. It is super thin and light making it easy to roll up and store into any type of bag weather it's a backpack, purse, or even large fanny pack. Even for being so light and thin, it easily stops water from getting through. I 've had zero issues with any type of moisture getting inside either due to prolonged periods of water exposure or leaks through any seals and stitching. I will say, because it's so thin, in colder weather, you would need a warmer layer underneath to act as insulation. That being said, you might need to get one size up than normal so it can fit over any layers you need. Also, if you are traveling through any thick brush or scraping up against rocks, you need to be careful about scraping or snagging any sharp/rough surfaces too hard to prevent any micro/macro tears in the material. Being so thin, it's not super durable, but it's not very easily torn either. Overall fantastic product and highly recommend

These bibs were fantastic for my snowboarding trip in Breckenridge. These bibs were extra flexible and did n't make me feel as constrained as other bibs have. They fit well and were very comfortable for riding from first chair to last. We ended up having a pretty wide range of temperatures from 40 to- 10. The vents did a great job of keeping me cool on the warmer days, and I only had to add a single layer of thermal underwear( top and bottom) to be comfortable on the- 10 days!

So far, so good! Living right outside the Middlesex Fells, the weather can be incredibly variable year round, and this jacket handles the rain and wind well. I 've found this jacket has managed to keep me warm when it's cold out, but also not overheat me in the event the sun is out because of how light the jacket is. I liked the jacket so much that I decided to buy a medium for `` around the town '' use, but the medium was so tight at the hips that it would n't drop all the way down. Had to return it. Fits much tighter than the Interstellar. Otherwise, great shell.

Fabric has seen some ski tumbles with no hint of damage. I think of this as my soft hardshell. So I wouldn ’ t describe it as “ bombproof ”, but it ’s a go- to for anything short of truly severe weather.

I am an OR employee and have used prototype versions of this jacket over the past couple years. The fabric works very well at giving both wind and light weather protection AND breathability and stretch. For running, mountain biking and as an `` up- hill jacket '' for backcountry ski touring it is amazing because it adds warmth in cool and cold temps, but breathes enough to prevent overheating so much better than traditional windshells. And it is ultralight and highly packable. Best of all worlds.( It does not replace a rain jacket though. It is water resistant, but far from waterproof.)

The medium fits me perfectly with room to layer. I expect it's long enough for taller people, too. It breaths well, provides good wind protection, and a small amount of protection from precipitation. The first time I tried running in this jacket, the hood flopped annoyingly into my field of view. I have since discovered that you can just fold the brim back once or twice to tighten up the fit. This may look a little wonky, but it works beautifully, and it's the only option, since there's no drawstring adjustment on the hood. It's very nice to have hand- warmer pockets, which many wind shells omit.

This jacket is a light, packable, and comfortable. Perfect for warm weather adventures that just need a little extra layer to block the wind. It packs down into a small pouch that can be tossed in your pack or beach bag for that `` ace in the hole '' when needed. Unlike many competing brands, this jacket is made of a very soft material and does not have the crinkle feeling like you are putting on a trash bag. Also unique to this jacket compared to it's competitor's is that it has front handwarmer pockets as well as a chest pocket( most packable options do not). The pockets in my opinion bring it from just being a quick grab backup plan to an intentionally worn and functional jacket. The chest pocket is a great spot to quickly store your cell phone and the front hand pockets give you that sensation like you just put on your favorite hoodie sweatshirt. I have worn it while hiking mountains during the summer in Maine to hanging out on the beach in Costa Rica on a windy day.

I 'm a big jacket person, I have one for just about every weather situation and this is my go to in the spring and summer. It's really effective at blocking wind while I 'm biking, I 'll layer a fleece if it's chilly. During the summer it's the perfect weight for cool nights and keeping bugs off of you without overheating, it has light water resistance so this is definitely not a `` rain jacket '' but it does dry super fast if it gets wet. It packs down very small and also the perfect travel companion.

I purchased one of these in Copenhagen 4 years ago, and have worn it on the beach in Oregon at least 500 times. There are no signs of fraying, material is still strong, zippers work great. If it rains, or excess wind demands it, the hood fits well and tightens with clever elastic locking adjusters. The length is just right for me, not too long like some. Chest pocket is perfect for keeping my wallet/ID. I have collected rocks over the years and just put them in the side pocket, and they are still strong. Light weight but excellent in windy conditions. I do n't need to replace it but after 4 years it's looking a bit faded so I ordered another one in a different color and it's on the way. Expect the new one is the same great jacket. Thank you Fjall Raven. In my entire life I do n't think I 've worn a single jacket so much, and I 've never taken the time to go online and praise a piece of clothing but this deserves that.

This jacket is very comfortable and has enough room to add layers and still allow mobility. It stays in my go to day pack full time. Went to New Zraland with me for more than 3 weeks!

[ Wore this on a cruise to Ireland& Scotland. It repelled wind& light rain and I found myself reaching for this jacket often. The fit is nice, I 'm 6' 4 and the XL is nearly perfect. The sleeves are little long( my size is 36/37 so this is probably 37/38) but I 'm ok with it. The front/back length is passing for my height but if the back was longer( like they do with some jackets) it would be even better. If you 're 6' 2 to 6' 3 I think the length would be perfect on both sides. The body is roomy but not baggy, and fortunately not slim fit like some. It's not the best in the cold and the material has a cool feel against the skin, so I wore this with a L/S wool baselayer. Mountain grey is a killer color, my favorite from this brand thus far. I really like they style and I got several compliments.
