I 'm usually a large men's and a medium fit me perfectly and very loose which is what I wanted. I needed substantial weight and space for my workouts- I noticed shoulders were getting tighter on my other shirts and this gave me space to breathe. If you have wide hips or a belly the cut is generous and wo n't hug down low either. Breathes well even in hot weather( i do n't get overheated while wearing it) but this is not a performance shirt so if you need the best I 'd recommend a thinner fabric. 10/10- I bought 3 and immediately bought 2 more. This is a relaxed fit for tall people with wiry builds, which I 'm not( I 'm 5' 9 '', 170lbs) They pretty much made a `` Big and Tall '' shirt but just the `` Tall '' part. Everything is extended longer, but I would n't call it `` relaxed ''. It has a snug fit around the chest, a comically long torso that goes to my thighs, and the arm holes just go further down my arm.
