[ I ’ m a huge fan of the Alate longline sports bra! I usually find sports bras either overly uncomfortable and compressive, or not providing adequate support. I think this bra strikes the perfect balance between comfort and support! It ’s my favorite sports bra to wear during my yoga practice. The material is so soft and breathable, and the bra stays in place while I ’ m moving. The longline style works really well under shirts( it doesn ’ t have a noticeable outline at all) but offers enough coverage for me to wear just with leggings, too. I found it to be really true to size( as a DD cup size). No obvious cons of this product— just expect it to work better for lower intensity movement, since it offers relatively less compression than other styles.

I washed it once and wore it hiking and it didn ’ t shrink or change shape. It ’s even easy to take off when you ’ re sweaty. No sticking or getting stuck at the band trying to take it off! I like the long line design and it allows for a good Pilates, walking/hiking shirt if you don ’ t want to just wear a typical sports bra and leggings. I liked it so much, I immediately checked what other styles they have in this material/ line and wanted to purchase more in the Alate line.
