Tried this for the first time months ago thinking it was n't going to really do anything, just wanted to try it. However, whenever I do take it with my ryse pre workouts and creatine I noticed bigger pumps, you can feel all the blood fill whatever area you 're working out. Even without pre workout or creatine you can still feel a pump better than normal. I sometimes use it for work as I lift heavy stuff repeatedly throughout the day, it helps my muscles feel a little more snappy, or ready to go so to speak. Initially it gave me energy that lasted me 4- 6 hours depending on what I was doing less or more of in terms of lifting or work, now it lasts me a good 2- 4 and I 'm absolutely fine with that, you can get a tolerance for it and still feel the benefits.

It works good enough for the price. Once you reach 50psi it's really hard to Pump. I do n't doubt that this pump can inflate your tire to 100 psi. But your going to get a real work out. I would recommend this Topeak Mini Dual bike pump.

Purchased this for use with my road bike with presta valves. It has a fairly low profile on the frame. I let the air out of a tire to test the pump and I was able to get it up to 90 psi without much effort and could have gone further if I chose to. It takes awhile to pump up as is expected with a small pump like this, but it does move the air without too much effort. I 'm happy with this little guy.
