very easy to use and swap out spacers with standard plates. Using 10# plate stacks makes some movements awkward but if it changes your `` normal '' motion, it probably is a benefit using your muscle at a different angle. You can load more weight then recommended but I 'm sure the stated 30# of plate is for a built in safety factor. It appears to be very sturdy.

I highly recommend this kettlebell to anyone needing several different weights for a home gym. They are sturdy, and the spacer plates are removable so you can adjust the weight from 15 pounds( just the top handle) to 45 pounds easily with 5 lb weights. Like the first review says, you need to buy the 5 lb weights to add to the existing 20 lb assembled kettlebell. Get standard plates( 1 '' hole), not Olympic plates with the 2 '' hole. This set will save you hundreds of dollars compared to having 7 or 8 separate kettlebells. I bought two for 2- handed exercises, so I will be doubling my savings.

I read many negative comments about this product due to the fact that it comes with spacers rather than plates but one review indicated that the spacers could be filled with sand so I placed my order. I was able to fill the spacers which gives some flexibility in terms of weight. Notice that the seat is only flat, it can ’ t tilt when the back does. This matters if you ’ re going to have a heavy barbell doing incline bench, because you ’ d tend to slide down the bench under the weight. There ’s also a gap between the seat and back when the back isn ’ t upright. If that ’s uncomfortable, you can put a rolled up towel in it. Assemble it right and you ’ ll find it ’s a sturdy, lightweight bench.

The adjustable back allows me to work my chest from multiple angles, hit my rear shoulder and back with chest supported raises and dumb bell rows, and the leg attachment lets me finish off my legs after a squat work out. Con: The major issue I have with the bench is that it sits kind of high off of the ground and I have kind of short legs, so I have a hard time getting a good leg drive on my bench.

First, the instructions for putting this together were first class. They were very clear, and each step's nuts and bolts were shrink wrapped to a labeled piece of cardboard with drawings of the included nuts and bolts. Secondly this is a very durable bench and has gotten a lot of use by the whole family. My single complaint is that I am short( 5' 3 '') and while I can use it, I would have felt better if it were an inch lower to the ground. However, perhaps a tall person would be inconvenienced by that. I can certainly reach the leg curl rollers, so it works fine.

I was very pleased with the prompt delivery. This vest is comfortable to wear and gives me a nice work out. I like the extra weight for the light resistance and gentle `` impact '' it provides to build muscle and bone strength. I even bike ride with the vest. I 've had mine over 2 years, and it is finally showing some age... slight gives and tears in fabric, but hey, I 've put it through the ringer... use it 3 to 4x a week. I never did use the water bottle attachment though. Too floppy. UPDATE: So my first review was 7 years ago. I bought another vest because I finally am seeing some wear on the Velcro straps on my first vest. It is still usable, but over time, it has gotten dirty and I figured just get another one. I still bike with it but I am also power- walking up hills with it. I love that the weights are dispersed on the back and front because then you do n't have an uneven pull just on your back and risk injury. This vest is solidly made- the stitches in my older vest never tore( although the fabric thinned creating small holes where the weights constantly rubbed during the work outs- but after 7 years of excessive use- that's nothing!). My new vest is black. At first I thought I 'd be disappointed because black holds in heat vs the grey, but then it also wo n't show dirt as much either. This vest is only$ 5 more than when I bought it 7 years ago. This company puts out reliable product that reflects highly on their standards and excellent design.

I 've had this weighted vest for ten years now and I really enjoy it. I am not a fitness gym type person- I do n't regularly spend time in a gym or lift weights. I wanted something to add to my walking routine to build some resistance. The bench gets some getting used to with exact positioning for the leg attachment but once you got the knack, it ’s incredible! The only drawback is that it does take up a good amount of space so when trying to bring the bench up to a cable machine to do lat pull downs, the front bottom of the bench was too long for an effective positioning. Since I live locally, I was able to just drive up and pick it up myself. The build took me about 2 hours and overall it is high quality and very sturdy. It does n't wobble when I lift or do pull- ups and the optional Lat Pulldown attachment I ordered works great. My one gripe would be the. 8 inch holes that are drilled into the 2X2 tubing. Most standard accessories use 1 inch holes, so I 'll have to wait for Sunny Fitness to release additional attachments( dip bars, landmine, etc.) in the future in order to get more out of the product. _x000D_ _x000D_ Still, it's a great piece of equipment for the price.

What an unbelievable value. This rack is rated for 1000 lbs, has good space and feels very stable. The 1000 lbs capacity is more than plenty. I can work up to 400 lb deadlift, 280 squat, 220 bench press without any issues. I purchased the lat pull down attachment and have been very satisfied.

The bar is easy to attach and take off for quick changes while exercising. My 11 year old son works out with me and it is even easy for him to make quick changes in height to the bar. It is secure and will not come off accidentally while doing pulling exercises like inverted rows. I bought this gym NEW in 2001. It came with the Leg Press Station, and I added the MH30 Multi Hip Flexor Station, and bought the Body Solid Dip Station Tower as a separate free standing piece. The one station that I never felt really comfortable with was the Pectoral station. It always seemed awkward for me. I Loved, loved, loved the MH30 multi hip flexor station, though, just the best! The chest press was wonderful, especially loved it for mid rows. Very versatile for a lot of adjustments for a lot of exercise movements. My favorite was the late bar, bars and the triceps exercise that could be done there. Before buying I had looked around for about a year, trying gyms in the various fitness stores. I believe that I made the best choice for me with the Body Solid exm. 3000 LPS. A couple of neighbors helped to put it together for me, I added the MH30 about a week later, myself. I also used a couple of strength stretch bands with it, that I would loop around the upright of the Peck- Abdominal station.( I also really loved the ab- station, it really worked well for me) The bar on the floor for bracing feet for the low- row was also good to stand on for `` heel raises '' for developing the calves and ankles. There are so many more exercises that can be done with this gym machine that are shown with the brochures and poster that comes with it. It is also easy to clean and maintain, and after 15 years of daily use it still looked like new! I had a lot of admirers for this gym, which I had on the main floor of my house. Sadly, it had so many admirers that someone stole it from me this past December. A heartbreak. I would LOVE to get the same gym again, but unfortunately the hip flexor MH30 attachment/station is no longer made for this gym. The closest would be to get the G2B by Body Solid, which comes with its own small hip flexor attachment. The rest of the gym is not even close. Or, the next option would be to buy a separate Body Solid Pro Club SMH- 1500/2g for the hip flexor station... and buy a new or used Body Solid 3000 LPS. The Body Solid 3000LPS is the way to go, if you can find a used one with the MH30 Hip Flexor with it, grab it up, it is well worth it, and who knows... it MIGHT the one that was well used and loved by me!
