Got fit for this driver and bought it. Per the results of my fitting, I have the settings down to a 9. 5° loft(- 1° draw setting), and have the 12g weight in the heel and the 3g weight in the back of the club. During my very first round, my slice is nearly gone. My drives are flying much straighter. But the biggest improvement I saw was the misses are nowhere near as bad. Instead of huge slices, the Cobra Darkspeed Max minimizes those greatly to baby fades that miss just right of the fairway in the first cut if you do happen to miss right. Very happy with the results after just one round. I ’ m going to invest in the Cobra Darkspeed Fairway Woods& Hybrid as well.

I 've only had the driver for a couple of weeks and I 'm still dialing it in. I had been playing with a 11- year- old TaylorMade driver and thought it was time for an upgrade. There might be a little bit extra distance on the new driver, but it is hard to say because I have n't played with it enough to get everything set the way I would like. On my first trip to a driving range and prior to making adjustments to weights I had an unusual for me hook. Once I got the weights properly placed, I was able to get that straightened back out. Over the last tear and a half I have been switching drivers and shafts to find something that can keep my spin and launch in check but also deliver consistency. This is the first driver that has done that for me. I was playing the paradym triple diamond before this and while it kept spin low it would also have left hooks that died out of the air if i was even a fraction into the high toe side. This cobra driver if I catch it in the toe the spin still stays in the 1800- 2000 and holds the line reasonably well. This is definitely the best most forgiving low spin driver i have tried.

I tried a lot of the 2022 drivers in varying lofts and specs, and have always been a PING loyalist, but needed something more exciting and powerful. The LTDx was on my list, but spun a bit high for me. “ Concerned with what might happen, ” the fitter handed me the LS model with the Smoke IM10 5. 5 and we quickly agreed that, even though my swing speed was only around 90mph, this setup was performing very well for me. Carry distance was 30+ yards more than I was getting from the G425 Max. Having now played a round with it and had it on the range a few times, I ’ m floored by how the LTDx LS is performing for me. Never before have I been rewarded for trying to pound the absolute snot out of a golf ball. Get fit, but it seems like the LS can work well even for those of us with slower swings who are needing to bring the spin down by several hundred RPM ’s. Great driver.

Best on the market for my swing as proven out by the fitting process. I tried four major brands in comparison. My current driver was is also Cobra, but from about 2007! I still struck it well, but the tech in the fitting process really helped me ID how to customize this Aerojet to maximize distance and control for me. I recently purchased a xxio 13 driver with a stiff shaft. I hit it great at the demo but not so much after:-) I saw this driver on sale because it was last years model and I have played Cobra before so I bought it after reading some reviews. This thing is amazing! I read reviews that said it was n't forgiving, boy are they wrong. I am a 21 handicap and I have had a few mishits and the ball still flies straight and long. I am also impressed with the Lin Q shaft it is easy to swing and it really stable. On top of that it looks awesome and sets up nice at address. If you looking for a great driver look no further.

I am in my mid 70's so my swing is not what it used to be( a low single digit handicap 25 years ago is now about 14). A fitting plus some work with a launch monitor suggested that I 'd benefit from lighter clubs and softer shafts. The Cobra F- MAX Superlite Irons are just what the doctor ordered. They have lightweight graphite shafts( senior flex), somewhat weaker lofts than most modern irons and even have softer midsize grips that are ideal if you have arthritus problems. I find that I hit them about 5- 10 yards further than my old irons( Ping G410's) and more importantly hit them more consistently. The final positive was price. At$ 450 these clubs are a terrific bargain. If you are in the market for `` old man '' clubs, these Cobras are a good choice.

After reading the review of the lady that broke her club, decided to write a review. I got my F- max superlite set in 2019. I was swinging my favorite 8 iron this week and the shaft broke from the handle. The iron hit me in the back. Never broke a club before. I am a tiny thing with not all that much strength. Love the clubs but now have the expense of replacement. Did I wear it out?

I 've been playing my G425 max since 2020 and I have loved the driver. It's seen i better days looks wise as of now, so I went looking at other drivers and ordered another G425 max last week. I see no reason to go with the latest and greatest as they say. This driver has and always will be their greatest driver ever made.

I started golfing three months ago, my first driver was a King Cobra SZ460 from 2005. It served me well enough, managed one 300- yard drive with it. Yesterday I took out my new SIM2 Max and got 4 drives between 290- 305 it's amazing how light it feels!

Best club ever. I used to be a 17 handi cap and after 2 rounds i became scratch. I used to average 192. 5 yd drives now i hot 403. 5 yards every time because of this club. I strongly advise this club to everyone. Ping has done it again folks!

I needed a senior flex shaft, and my old Ping G25 was 11 years old, so I went with the 430 Max after testing it at a shop. Hitting it 12mph ball speed higher, 15 yards farther, with full control.

I ’ m a 14 handicap senior player and really look forward to many more rounds with this driver. ... I had the Stealth prior to the Paradym and this driver is light years ahead of that, ball speed is slightly higher for me than the Stealth, but the forgiveness is next

I bought this driver a couple of weeks ago and I ’ m glad I did. It took me a couple of days adjusting to it but it is so easy to hit. Very much a fairway finder as advertised but the ball jumps off the fave when flushed. I enjoyed my old Sim Max driver and it was still good but this is certainly an upgrade.
