As other reviews have said the length is shorter than the 'euro style' super long arm/leg that is popular but it's not too short( I 'm 6' 3). For me it's a perfect length BUT if you prefer a long euro style look for a different short.

No sore spots. The back end of the chamois does n't catch on the saddle nose when standing. With Chicago weather in January and February I ca n't tell if they will be cool in the summer. Inexpensive shorts are good for an hour or so. Ca n't wait to try them outside.
