The Contour casual has the same benefit of the excellent gripping sole( without spikes) and also the ability to go car to pro shop( not wearing out golf cleats). While these are on the firmer side, they offer good support, with what feels like a pocket for my heel. They are also super sleek looking along with water resistant. These seem to run a bit smaller and I purchased a half size up from my usual size and they fit great. If you want style and comfort for the walks on the fairways, I recommend.

I read some reviews stating that the tongue was too tall and did find that upon first try on without breaking in, it was stiff and sat up higher than normal. However after 9 holes wearing them, it did soften up to the point where I did not notice it any further. The shoes overall are very comfortable and good for walkers and riders alike.

They are a good fit, the slip- on feature is great, and the first time out I wore them for a round of golf, a walk in a park dinner out. All in all about 10 hours and my feet felt great. Bought these after watching many reviews on YouTube and reading multiple online reviews that said they were the BEST and MOST comfortable shoes again and again. I typically wear Ecco ’s and honestly I feel the Ecco ’s are more comfortable and more cushioned than these shoes. The reviews say they are like walking on clouds but I don ’ t find them to be like that. They are for lack of a better term “ cushioned stiff ”. Meaning they aren ’ t as soft and cushioned as the reviewers led me to believe. They are more like a cushioned stiff mold but not super soft. With that said they aren ’ t bad but they certainly aren ’ t like walking on clouds. I ’ ll keep them as a second pair but the Ecco ’s for me are much more comfortable for walking 18 holes. I was disappointed because I am always looking for the next evolution of the moret comfortable golf shoes, but I guess that ’s why there is more than one company that makes golf shoes. I would give it a 8/10. Good but not great.

I got 4 or 5 seasons out of my previous Foot Joy shoe, the Helix D. N. A., so I was only buying Foot Joy this time. Seeing as I knew I wanted another pair, and that I wanted to replace them with a top of the line version, the FJ Pro/SLX Carbon's were my top choice. I have worn them about 4 times now, and feet feel fresh after each use, not tired. They come standard with Orthopedic insoles, so I have yet to buy a pair of Pine Valley Orthotics, like I had with my DNS's. For me, these are the perfect shoe. Great looks and great comfort. The price is a little on the higher side, sure, but if you treat them well, you 'll get several season out of them.
