My Dr recommended getting squeeze balls for hand therapy. I ordered these because of the microwave( for heat) and refrigeration( for cold) option. I bought two so I could exercise both hands at the same time.

I bought this about a month ago and like it. It is good size and works out my hands, fingers. The price was right and had a reward so that made it a great deal. The only thing I would say is it is a bit tight to get a good grip and work with it, other than that, I would recommend if you are looking for a hand exerciser.

My doctor suggested I get a gripper to help improve my grip strength. As we get older we lose strength. I keep this right by my side and do it while watching sports at night.
