My Keen canvas Howsers were getting a little worn so I decided to try a new, different pair. I liked the look and style of this shoe and as luck would have it they were on sale. I ordered my normal size 11. When they arrived they were just a tad too short. Keen makes it easy to return and I ordered a size 11. 5 and they arrived and fit perfect!! Note that these are a tight fitting shoe so getting them on takes a little effort but once they are on they are VERY comfortable. I like the material on these better than the canvas on the Howsers. Overall a very nice casual shoe!

I have very flat feet and struggle to find a good fit. I have just purchased the slip on Targhee for the first time and I am very happy with the design. I purchased these as an alternative to our beloved Keen Stingrays, which appears to no longer be available. My son, now 10, is particular about shoes, especially sandals and I was worried these might be too bulky and give blisters. We are huge fans of Keen Footwear and have been getting his sandals( Sea Camp) since he was 2 years old so we decided to give them a try. They are AMAZING! Flexible, lightweight, yet cushioned footbed like a sneaker. Breathable, fast drying and best of all no blisters after wearing them for 8 hours in 95 degree weather on dirt trails as well as in and out of water. I should also mention it was the first time wearing them so they weren ’ t even broken in and still NO Blisters, no complaints about rubbing or hurting. If you are on the fence, i highly recommend. I have severe plantar fasciitis and have to switch shoes on the regular. These are part of my rotation and have been great. I like the traction, support and waterproof features. Recently purchased these as a light hiker for dog walks on trails. I have a couple of foot issues that require a wider toe box and these delivered. I find them to be comfortable, roomy in the toe box but still snug around the heel to prevent slippage. They also fit my custom orthotics perfectly. When I took them out of the box, I thought that they looked liked they were made of plastic. If they are made of leather the quality seemed very low. Most of the plastic quality made them very stiff. I ’ ve had my pair for about 4 years and use them often to hike along wet slippery rocks looking for arrowheads as well as walk in the water with them.
