I bought this a month ago. I have trouble with my eyes seeing clearly through the scope on most units, but this one magnifies and is easy to see. Additionally, once you lock on the pin, it flashes and vibrates with a red circle to let you know your exact distance. You just have to get close to seeing the pin and it locks in correctly. My handicap has dropped about 1 to 2 strokes to an 8. 3 index since using this range finder. The unit is not cheap, but I was considering either a new driver or a new range finder. I felt like I would benefit more from knowing exact yardages. And like my buddy said, if you buy the best unit out there now, you will have it for probably a decade. So for me I think this is a good investment in my game. I highly recommend this range finder. It is worth the money and convenience of use.

I love the fact that it pairs to my watch and give me the information from the scope to my watch while showing the green and pin placement. I bought these about a year ago and taken them hiking through the Blue Ridge Mountains and walking on Maui beaches. I 've been impressed by their light weight and compactness. I appreciate the sureness of the rubberized feel and the balance in focusing between easiness and stability. As a photographer, I notice and really like the brightness and contrast of the images. The bino's twin hinges allow me to see a contiguous image, since I have a narrow interpupillary distance( on most binoculars, I see a black space in the middle of the image). The binoculars are n't waterproof. After I ran some water over the objective( front) lenses to remove sand, the binos fogged up for four days, then functioned normally. However, and fortunately, they do n't fog up after going from a low- humidity, air- conditioned environment to a humid, outdoor environment, as camera lenses are prone to do. So, to be fair, with reasonable care and for the price, no stars should be subtracted for the lack of waterproofness( Nikon never claimed they were waterproof, anyway).
