It still tastes good. While I ’ m at work, I use resistant bands at my desk so this helps as a pre mini workout. A little goes a long way as well. This product has a great value to health AND now comes packaged with SO much LESS PLASTIC! It would be good if more companies follow their lead. The packaging is NOT hard to open, just FOLLOW DIRECTIONS - take your time, read and pull the tab.
