The only drawback is that it does take up a good amount of space so when trying to bring the bench up to a cable machine to do lat pull downs, the front bottom of the bench was too long for an effective positioning. We spent a week researching every treadmill described as __quote__folding__quote__ to find one with the smallest distance from the wall when folded. We have a small home and wanted a treadmill that could be stored against the wall, taking up the least amount of space from the wall. After spending an hour or two assembling it, we turned the page in the manual to find __quote__how to fold__quote__. Basically, this treadmill folds by undoing all the steps we just completed to assemble it! It is not really a folding treadmill. Taking apart is not the same as folding, in our opinion.

We really like this machine. It's very smooth in operation and very quiet. It was packaged well and very easy to assemble if you have any mechanical aptitude at all. It is super sturdy. I 'm 6 feet 4, 230 pounds and it handles my weight with no problem as well as providing plenty of range of motion. One of my favorite things is that it takes up very little space. Do n't be fooled by how easy it seems when you first start, it will give you a major leg workout. The computer thing is nice if you 're into that sort of thing. I bought this gym NEW in 2001. It came with the Leg Press Station, and I added the MH30 Multi Hip Flexor Station, and bought the Body Solid Dip Station Tower as a separate free standing piece. The one station that I never felt really comfortable with was the Pectoral station. It always seemed awkward for me. I Loved, loved, loved the MH30 multi hip flexor station, though, just the best! The chest press was wonderful, especially loved it for mid rows. Very versatile for a lot of adjustments for a lot of exercise movements. My favorite was the late bar, bars and the triceps exercise that could be done there. Before buying I had looked around for about a year, trying gyms in the various fitness stores. I believe that I made the best choice for me with the Body Solid exm. 3000 LPS. A couple of neighbors helped to put it together for me, I added the MH30 about a week later, myself. I also used a couple of strength stretch bands with it, that I would loop around the upright of the Peck- Abdominal station.( I also really loved the ab- station, it really worked well for me) The bar on the floor for bracing feet for the low- row was also good to stand on for `` heel raises '' for developing the calves and ankles. There are so many more exercises that can be done with this gym machine that are shown with the brochures and poster that comes with it. It is also easy to clean and maintain, and after 15 years of daily use it still looked like new! I had a lot of admirers for this gym, which I had on the main floor of my house. Sadly, it had so many admirers that someone stole it from me this past December. A heartbreak. I would LOVE to get the same gym again, but unfortunately the hip flexor MH30 attachment/station is no longer made for this gym. The closest would be to get the G2B by Body Solid, which comes with its own small hip flexor attachment. The rest of the gym is not even close. Or, the next option would be to buy a separate Body Solid Pro Club SMH- 1500/2g for the hip flexor station... and buy a new or used Body Solid 3000 LPS. The Body Solid 3000LPS is the way to go, if you can find a used one with the MH30 Hip Flexor with it, grab it up, it is well worth it, and who knows... it MIGHT the one that was well used and loved by me!

I did have to go online to watch a video for 1 particular step I didn ’ t quite understand. Other than that, the instructions provided with the machine are sufficient and fairly easy to follow, and without breaks, it took just over 2 hours to set up. The machine( so far) is basically silent while in use, a real plus so I don ’ t have to blast the music or tv unnecessarily. I have yet to utilize any of the workout programs in the SunnyFit app, but I have found a few that are of interest to me for the future. I appreciate that the machine is a few inches shorter in length than my last elliptical, so it does take up less space. The computer panel is fairly simplified and easy to use. Again, I have only used it a couple times since receiving it, but I am already very satisfied with my purchase.

I have several Bowflex products and am a fan of the brand due to the build quality and features. Two things that sold me on the Bowflex T9 vs other competing treadmill was the smaller footprint when folded up, and the Apple Watch integration. You basically just turn on the treadmill, hold your Apple Watch over a sensor area, and choose your exercise( indoor run, indoor walk, etc). I love while all the stats, including heart rate captured from your watch, are shown on the treadmill dash. Another great product from Bowflex. And a final tip: if you are going to set this up on a second floor, hire movers. The base is heavy and was hard even for three people. But we did it.

This is a very good bike, just not 5 Stars. It meets my requirements and was on sale foe what I wanted to spend. However, the pulse monitor worked for a week. The seat isn ’ t as comfortable as others mentioned, it tilts a little forward, washers under the front screw helped. It's easy to put together except for the tension wire. The instructions don ’ t tell you to rotate the bracket down to the base to anchor the wire, then rotate it back to keep it in place( need pliers for this). Took me more time to figure that out than putting the whole the bike together. There is very little difference between the tension settings. But, overall I ’ m satisfied with the bike.

I have to say, I am happily surprised with this Elliptical. First and foremost for me, a priority is the absolute lack of squeaking, grinding, grating or squealing noise when in operation. I bought it because it was labelled `` Ultra Silent '' and I was certain I would be horribly disappointed. Color me exceptionally wrong( and that is a rarity in my existence) because so far, smooth, and quiet beyond belief. Easy to assemble and up and running in about 30 minutes. It fit in the tiny weird alcove in my living room and my head does n't hit the ceiling which was my fear. I do not have to move the unit to use it due to the cleverly designed compact size. The next test will be continued usage and if the silent factor is maintained.

The quality of the machine is right for the price paid. If you have a long stride, this may not work well for you as the length of travel in the arc is shorter than most machines. That said, the unit is more compact than others and will fit in smaller spaces because of the shorter arc. Packaging was adequate. The included assembly `` instructions '' were not.( Scan the QR code on the cover of the included documentation to access detailed assembly materials.) Lastly, the bolts provided to secure the moveable arms do not fully seat themselves in the bolt openings. DO NOT over tighten them. Doing so will snap the fastener.

Had mine for a few days now Nov 25. It is wonderful. Seat and handlebars are adjustable. Seat height adjustable vertically and horizontally. Pedals have clips on one side and toe cages on other making it versatile. Wheels on front stabilizer make it easy to move. Connects to zwift and other cycling apps. Has a nice beverage holder. Extremely quiet and smooth. Got this on black Friday deal at an incredible price. Wife loved it and so do I. You can not go wrong. Only thing I would add is a usb jack to charge your tablet or iphone.

We have had a regular Sunny bike for about 8 years now and have loved it!! But my husband now has Parkinson's disease which is affecting his legs most of all. So a recumbent bike is necessary for him to keep riding. The fact that he can easily step in front of the seat without having to hike his leg over the machine to straddle the seat is a game changer for him. I chose this model partly for that reason. I chose Sunny because the quality of my original bike was great, and a few years ago when I had a bearing wear out, it was easy to get a replacement and YouTube videos enabled us to do the maintenance on it ourselves, even as 70- year olds! I am also loving the World Tour tracks and the fact that with the SunnyFit app it can automatically change resistance as you ride if you want it to do that. Well made and not difficult to put together. Bought this bike for my wife to rehab a pretty bad fractured tibia. This bike kept the weight off her leg allowing her to build up strength and achieve full extension. We both use this to workout and fight off Father Time. Since I live locally, I was able to just drive up and pick it up myself. The build took me about 2 hours and overall it is high quality and very sturdy. It does n't wobble when I lift or do pull- ups and the optional Lat Pulldown attachment I ordered works great. My one gripe would be the. 8 inch holes that are drilled into the 2X2 tubing. Most standard accessories use 1 inch holes, so I 'll have to wait for Sunny Fitness to release additional attachments( dip bars, landmine, etc.) in the future in order to get more out of the product. _x000D_ _x000D_ Still, it's a great piece of equipment for the price.

What an unbelievable value. This rack is rated for 1000 lbs, has good space and feels very stable. The 1000 lbs capacity is more than plenty. I can work up to 400 lb deadlift, 280 squat, 220 bench press without any issues. I purchased the lat pull down attachment and have been very satisfied.

I 'm close to 250 and find that the rack is very sturdy. I can hang off the cables and the cage does n't feel like it will tip over.

The only problem, I had, was the assembly manual made no mention of the main power switch located at the base of the treadmill. I thought I had a defective treadmill when I tried to start it from the push button switch on the console for the very first time. Would n't hurt to put this step in an updated version of the assembly manual. So far, I 'm pleased with my purchase, good value for the cost. Would I do business with Sunny Health again? That will depend on how well the treadmill holds up to daily use and how well Sunny Health stands behind their products when I need repair service.

I ’ ve been using the NordicTrack G LE recumbent bike for a few weeks now, and I have to say, it ’s been a pretty great experience overall. The console isn ’ t anything fancy — it ’s pretty basic — but it gets the job done. It connects to my iPad via Bluetooth, which I love because I can track my stats and see detailed feedback during my ride. The info it gives is actually pretty helpful and motivating, especially if you ’ re working on improving your fitness. The seat is super comfy! I had the air version and upgraded to this one with air and magnetic resistance. It ’s an upgrade for sure with resistance. Less productive at the 30 minute mark. Only concern with this product is longevity as the volute spring went on the prior model. But I stayed with Sunny as the overall product is good and it lasted long enough to where I don ’ t feel it was a financial loss. I used it often. Fingers crossed this last 2+ years with almost daily use.

The rower was easy to put together- my 73 yo sister put it together by herself! It's easy to use. As I 'm in my early 70s and have a permanent leg injury, I am starting quite slowly. But, I am rowing 5 days a week. I think consistency is key. Love it!

I just purchased this machine. Let me tell you it is sturdy. The only issue I have noticed is the pedal spacing is farther apart than what I was used to on my very simple and little hydraulic machine by SunnyHealth. But the drive is smooth, the ride is more comfortable because of the fan. and the padded seat. I use this with HOLODIA app on Quest 2 and really enjoy rowing. The main piece is pre- asasembled. You add the pedals, the seat, the slidebar and the rear stabilizer. Very pleased with the sale price and the additional 10% off. Brought the machine cost down to 495. And it is well packaged and protected. It had rained for 3 days and the box was a mess. But nothing touched the machine inside. Lucky for me, my grandson put this together in no time just by watching the assembly video. Thanks SUNNYHEALTH!
