Just what I needed! I usually walk 4 miles a day but the cold and inclement weather days, or just the days my knees are in need of a break, this is perfect. It did take about 2 hours to put together, but was a fairly straightforward process. It is easy to use and I am enjoying the change of pace this winter! We have had a regular Sunny bike for about 8 years now and have loved it!! But my husband now has Parkinson's disease which is affecting his legs most of all. So a recumbent bike is necessary for him to keep riding. The fact that he can easily step in front of the seat without having to hike his leg over the machine to straddle the seat is a game changer for him. I chose this model partly for that reason. I chose Sunny because the quality of my original bike was great, and a few years ago when I had a bearing wear out, it was easy to get a replacement and YouTube videos enabled us to do the maintenance on it ourselves, even as 70- year olds! I have only used it for 5 days and the left side peddle has developed an annoying clicking sound from inside the bike main body. This is very noticeable at resistance settings 1 and 2. As I increase the resistance setting the sound seems to diminish. When I peddle backwards and then resume forward the clicking is gone for about a dozen rotations then returns. I ’ m 70 years old so I use the lower residence setting ’s more often. I use my head phones, crank up the music and tada…… no clicking sound I just feel a slight vibration when the peddle passes the specific rotation point. Easy to put together no real problem. Solid build, except for the clicking sound.

the R92 is a solid built machine previously I had a proform that broke whenever I rode the proform it would constantly move side to side plus the seat was uncomforatable and a few other things th R92 does n't move the seat is comforatable the backrest leans slightly back the programs are good the resistance levels are good I paid extra for the inside delivery and that was well worth it I had them take it upstairs they had it assembled and ready to use in 30 minutes. When I saw the size of that box there was no way I was going to get that upstairs by myself I 'm 73 so like I said it was worth the extra money. I 'm very satisfied withe the machine. My husband and I are in our early 60's and got on a healthy diet earlier this year but still needed a little more improvement with his diabetes and my cholesterol numbers to keep from adding medications. First, your instructions were the best I 've seen in a long time. I could understand what I was supposed to do to easily put the cross trainer together with a little help from my husband for the few steps where two people were required. I ’ ve been using the NordicTrack G LE recumbent bike for a few weeks now, and I have to say, it ’s been a pretty great experience overall. The console isn ’ t anything fancy—it ’s pretty basic—but it gets the job done. It connects to my iPad via Bluetooth, which I love because I can track my stats and see detailed feedback during my ride. The info it gives is actually pretty helpful and motivating, especially if you ’ re working on improving your fitness. The seat is super comfy! It ’s got a good range of motion, so whether you ’ re tall or short, you can adjust it to fit just right. I ’ ve had no issues riding for extended periods, and the seat feels supportive without being too hard or too soft. Received my new recumbent cross trainer( SBE420035) 3/08/2025. Packaging is terrific. Every piece is individually wrapped, nothing rattled, and every piece was pristine. This is an awesome item. Functions like a much more expensive cross trainer. Smooth, quiet, electronics work, and Sunny Fit App is excellent. I can actually connect my cross trainer via bluetooth to the app and there are a myriad things to do. I would not hesitate to buy it again. Assembly is n't bad but the instructions in the booklet are confusing. Too many small numbers and letters and pictures. The video is better. Do n't let this stop you, the SBE420035 is a terrific piece of exercise equipment and Sunny Health is a fine company with excellent customer service. I 'm an 81 year old man who has been working out his whole life and am not easily impressed.

I bought this for spinning to help with a knee injury, and it seems to do the trick. The bike is sturdy and comfortable and light enough to move around easily. It took about half an hour to put it together with very clear instructions. I 'm 5'11 '' and I 'm on the last adjustment hole. Someone taller might have to drill another hole, which might leave very little seat post remaining.

[ We have been working from home remotely since pandemic started and rarely going out just for groceries, health situation was getting worse. Initially purchased Stamina Wonder Exercise Bike, which is a great exercise machine, however, my spouse took it over and moved it in her office area. After struggling to coordinate time, decided to buy Wirk about a month ago and it has been the best decision. It stays under my desk and I can use it any time while working on the desk. The best thing I like is that the display is wireless and sitting on my desk to monitor the progress instead of bending under the desk to check and reset. Overall the Stamina Wirk mini bike is a great product. It runs smooth and I am using it daily for atleast 30 to 60 minutes.

Purchase this upright in 2020 at the start of the pandemic when my gym closed. According to my husband it was easy to assemble. I rode it almost every day until I went back to the gym this year( 2021). Just as sturdy now as it was when I started riding it last year. I plan to still ride it when the weather gets to bad for me to make it to the gym.

I love this bike. It is compact and fits nicely in my room. It also is quiet so there is almost no noise!! As other reviewers pointed out the handlebars are not adjustable. This is not a major problem, but would have been a nice added feature.

I love my new Sunny Synergy Pro bike! I had a similar model but this one does so much more while you ride which is helpful to keep track if your RPM's, mileage and heart rate! Cycling is my favorite form of cardio and for the price you ca n't get much better than this in my opinion. I highly recommend this bike.

With its belt drive and magnetic tension my new indoor bike seems more finely __quote__tuned__quote__ than my old, and certainly smoother and quieter, yet has the same stability and durability. I 've made a good step up. I have n't learned the electronics yet but expect they will also result in better workouts.
