I had the air version and upgraded to this one with air and magnetic resistance. It ’s an upgrade for sure with resistance. Less productive at the 30 minute mark. Only concern with this product is longevity as the volute spring went on the prior model. But I stayed with Sunny as the overall product is good and it lasted long enough to where I don ’ t feel it was a financial loss. I used it often. Fingers crossed this last 2+ years with almost daily use.

The only issue I have noticed is the pedal spacing is farther apart than what I was used to on my very simple and little hydraulic machine by SunnyHealth. But the drive is smooth, the ride is more comfortable because of the fan. and the padded seat. I use this with HOLODIA app on Quest 2 and really enjoy rowing. The main piece is pre- asasembled. You add the pedals, the seat, the slidebar and the rear stabilizer. Very pleased with the sale price and the additional 10% off. Brought the machine cost down to 495. And it is well packaged and protected. It had rained for 3 days and the box was a mess. But nothing touched the machine inside. I fell in love with rowing the first time I tried it( in a fitness studio)! The only issue was I did n't get to choose how much rowing I 'd be able to do each session and I always wanted more. After a few years of this, I finally decided to buy my own rower. And I love the NordicTrack RW900 Rower! It is very smooth, has lots of workout programs, and a super big monitor. You can choose from so many workouts( in beautiful settings), do your own workout, or set up a program on your own with iFit too. The huge monitor is super nice, making it more fun to do the workout programs( on gorgeous lakes in different places around the world). Or you can watch a movie on the monitor while rowing! There are a couple of things that bother me a little bit though. The seat is a little wobbly and small. And the straps on the foot pads do n't go tight enough if I 'm not wearing the right shoes( ones that have a wide base). But I think the seat is just different than what I 'm used to and I just need to get used to it. I 'm totally fine once I get moving. I do really love having my own rower in my home gym, and there really is n't a better option out there! So I 'm going to continue to row, row, row my boat on this fun piece of equipment! It is just such a good total body workout!

My shoes keep pocking out of the heel clips and I have to stop and re- strap them back in. It's very annoying. We are converting one room in our home to a home gym. This rowing machine is equal to any commercial machine I have used in a gym. Smooth and easy to use. Set up is a little challenging. The biggest problem is getting the pin in( correctly) that holds the two main pieces together. Even in the video the guy does n't have it right the first time, but it is corrected later in the video. Be patient this part is a pain. After it is together you will have a great machine and be very glad you bought it. I am so impressed with Stamina products that I bought a recumbent bike, that just came in today. I am looking forward to getting it together and giving it a try.

This is a fantastic rower. I was a little concerned it would be of poor quality due to the price compared to the others, but if you aren ’ t a peloton groupie and don ’ t need false encouragement tossed at you every five seconds, save some money and get this one. The water resistance is perfect, and once I get stronger the magnetic resistance is going to build on that.( If you do need some false encouragement, there ’s always Apple fitness+) It hooked seamlessly to my phone and the app works perfectly. The rower was an effective part of my routine for 3 years. Due to having to store it for a few months while remodeling the gym, I drained it. When I set it back up the bowl leaked. This is a good piece of exercise equipment. I ’ ve had something similar in the 90 ’ after I had my child and it got me in good shape. I don ’ t remember the brand of equipment or I would have purchased it again. This piece of equipment isn ’ t as sturdy as the one I used to have and it ’s not as comfortable. I ’ m still adjusting the seat and resistance. The size is nice, it fits in my small office and it ’s easy to place against a wall. I like the work out videos on YouTube, they are easy to follow. I got into rowing at my local gym on this same exact rower and loved it. I deceided to buy one for the house( one of my greatest decisions) and tried Concepts and various hydro rowers. They did n't come close as far as comfort and also they did n't have a high enough resistance which I enjoy. I am not very good at setting things up from a manual, I 'm a video person, but I assembled this myself easily in 2 hours, very clever step by step instructions with the tools included. Nothing was very difficult. Then I had my phone connected to the screen, blasting old hip hop videos off YouTube and custom programmed my favorite rowing settings in barely 5 minutes. I have rowed every morning before work( highly recommended, hey you have one in the house now) and I am in ninja shape. Shout out to the Cyber Mondsy sale I saved a ton which made me finally buy one. Very impressed!

I would highly recommend this rower! It was packaged so nicely and compact that there was no extra freight charge. It was very easy to assemble. One trim piece didn ’ t fit exactly right, so I had to trim it slightly, but was fine. Didn ’ t know if I would like the rowing arms on this machine, but I absolutely love them. This is a great no impact workout. Felt my posture was improved almost immediately after beginning using this machine. Love that it can also store upright, making it great for smaller spaces.
