I DID IT MYSELF 57 YO FEMALE! Fits in my she room with enough space to do all of the exercises! No need for gym memberships! I LOVE THIS MACHINE 🎶

I would have to say this is my first home gym and I am quite impressed. It wasnt too difficult to put together and no parts were missing. One thing I would have liked is if they labeled the right and left arms as well as use darker print on the part boards which labeled the nuts and screws. Other than that, it is a very nice piece of machinery.
