[ I bought these a month ago and I 've worn them almost every day since then for rides between 30 and 80 miles. They are very comfortable and the stiffness of the sole has eliminated some plantar pain I was developing with my old shoes. The only objection is that the velcro straps are just barely long enough( I have wide feet). The shoes fit my feet well enough but only with thin liner socks- I 'm not sure these will work well for cold weather rides given my wide feet( and need for thicker socks).

In 2019 i bought a pair of leather strappy sandals and wore them very frequently for 6 years. The held up well. I was ready to prder another pair only to find that thet no longer made that style so I took a chance on these. I like these as well, the soles are n't leather like the older version, the fit is adjustable with a zipper and plastic `` chacos '' buckles. I enjoy the zipper addition so far. The buckles make them a little sportier but i have still dressed them up. I 've worn them quite a bit and so far have no complaints. I may consider them in another color for spring.

Both the low down slides and a pair of the sandal version are n't exactly what I expecting( which was the perfect sandal) This blue is awesome. They look so good but i just cant walk 5 feet without them falling off. It's amazing how my feet just wont form into them. It does n't work for me. I really needed the back strap with these slides. Another thing is they are not `` true slides '' in the sense of the word. I had to loosen and tighten the straps every time when putting them on. That alone was a dealbreaker. I have n't send them back. I give good reviews because im not knocking a company for how they do n't work for me. Somebody might fit in these things. These are great! I previously wore a pair of all- black Classics with the same strap arrangement for almost a decade. When the tread and straps finally wore out and I wanted a different color, I decided to try these for a little more cushion. I like them so much! There's much less break- in time and they 're more squishy, but they still feel very supportive. I 'd absolutely re- buy( though I 'm hoping these last a while and are repairable should parts ever wear out so I do n't need to!).

Those sandals are the perfect travel shoes! I bought them for Costa Rica and they are great for hiking, wander and swimming. I was afraid that I needed to break those in, also because of the toe straps, but it worked so good, they ‘ re really flexible! I didn ’ t get any blisters and they ‘ re just so comfortable! Beautiful shoe. Just received these and i am normally 6. 5/7. I ordered the 6( smallest size) They are too long by at least and inch and the straps( non- adjustable) are way too loose. The look like men's shoes on my foot. I sadly have to return them since they do n't make them smaller. Great quality and they are sooo soft and the footbed is light too. If you can get the right size they would be do comfortable and cute.

I ’ ve been wearing Chacos for 20 years and am a former river guide. I ’ ve been super disappointed in Chacos gradual drop in quality over the years, and almost gave up on them after having pairs wear out in a few summers of normal, non- guiding use. Last summer I bought a new pair of Z/Cloud 2s to replace ones where the soles had come unglued, and the new pair gave me terrible blisters— a Chaco first for me! I got the Rapid Pro Vibrams as last resort before giving up on Chacos, and am super pleased to find that they remind me of the Chacos I used to buy years ago( that all came with a Vibram sole). No break in period, no blisters, no problems. I haven ’ t taken them on the river yet, but I ’ m hopeful they ’ ll perform well. I ’ m happy to pay more for better quality shoes, and I hope this style sticks around!
