Just fill with water to the fill line and replace lid and stick in the freezer for 4- 6 hours. When completely frozen you just simply take from the freezer and run under warm water for a couple mins and the lid will come off very easily. The Air Force 1; one of the most versatile shoes to ever own and I got my first pair almost 5 years ago.
