I ’ ve bought Reebok Nano 6 ’s for years and they ’ ve been great for CrossFit workouts. I recently switched to more HIIT workouts and really felt the need for more cushioning- especially going from box jumps to sprints and more. I bought the metcons in both 8. 5( my normal size) and 9 ’s as people said to size up. They were comfortable and had more cushioning yet the same stability as my metcons but the sizing was a bit weird. My normal size felt a little bit tighter/smaller but the 9 ’s felt huge. I stuck with my normal size and did my first HIIT workout and they were SOLID. Super comfortable, stable for heavy lifts, and most importantly didnt feel tight. Definitely my new favorite shoe. Highly recommended.

Nike is finally listening to its customers. I ’ ve been ditching my Nike Metcons and Frees in favor of Hoka. Been using the Hoka Kawana ’s for my strength training classes but I was looking for the perfect shoe for my Zumba and Step classes that would give me the flexibility, freedom, but heel support I need. These Free Metcon 6s are those shoes. Not only are they cool to look at, but they are so comfortable with the wider toe box and heel and most importantly for me, the heel support to alleviate my plantar fasciitis pain. The Nike MC Trainer 3 is my favorite of the three styles of Nike trainers that I own. It is very comfortable with lots of cushioning, including padded tongue and all around the top. I like the sturdy pull- on tab on the back plus toe cap on the front. The shoelaces are round, just the right length, and stay tied. The lateral support is supurb making my BOSU ball workout easier. If I were designing them, I would probably add a bit more arch support, although they are adequate. Other reviewers have mentioned that they are rather plain, and that is true. Mine are gray, and the green on the bottom is a soft green so the silver metallic swoosh on the sides is a welcome touch. I 'd definitely buy this shoe again, especially if it comes out in all- black with black sole.

I am a size 7. 5 and generally wear an 8 in Nike sneakers( Pegasus, etc.) so that I have room in the toes in case my feet swell a little from heat or hiking, etc. I ordered the Metcon in my normal Nike size of 8 and my big toe is basically at the tip of the shoe, so I need to exchange them for an 8. 5. If I was using them for hiking or anything I thought would make my feet swell, I might even size up to a 9 which would be absolutely wild! Anyway, just thought I would leave a review because these are way small.

I 've been using the gore- Tex trail shoes with Currex high arch insoles for more than a year of consecutive daily running. I was doing more trail/gravel running til late winter& switched to the track for later runs. This is my first carbon plate Nikes and I ca n't believe how much faster& lighter they feel on my feet. Of course now I want to try the vapor/alphas as well. I have really high arches and it is like they made this shoe to fit me perfectly. I ’ m relatively new to road racing( having done just one half marathon this year) and this is my first carbon shoe. My warm up mile was light and breezy in this shoe and my speed work was definitely faster than normal. I struggled to run slow in these shoes for my cool down mile- your feet turnover fast in these shoes. I did have to size up a half size from a 7. 5 to 8, but super pleased after just one run. I worry that the 8mm drop is a little too high for me to use on long runs tho, but we ’ ll see.

Wow. These are awesome. I ran my last half marathon in the Pegasus trail, and I was less than impressed. I went to the Wildhorse but felt those needed more cushioning. When I started doing road races in the vaporfly, I was really hoping that Nike would do some sort of vaporfly hybrid shoe for trails and I feel like this is it! I took it right out of the box on a 7 mile adventure, with about 2k feet of vert in the first 2 miles and then a downhill 3 mile run on a fire road, before hitting 2 miles on pavement. They performed superb. They are ultralite( 6. 5oz in my size) and have a super wide toebox, which is unlike most Nike products. This means that you ’ re not gon na get any pressure on your toenails and they ’ re not hitting up against the front of the shoe. They ’ re super breathable and the carbon fiber plate definitely gives you a little propel forward. I ’ m so excited that Nike finally got a contract with Vibram because the soles are incredibly grippy. I don ’ t know how this shoe would do on super technical terrain, considering it is a race shoe, so it ’s meant to be fast and agile. But I don ’ t know if it would protect you from kicking a rock or hitting a rock with anything near your ankle. You ’ re definitely gon na feel that. I ’ m all in for taking this on my next race and super excited to see how I perform in this shoe. I love that there ’s no break in time with Nike ever and I ’ m really happy to see that they have stepped it up with their trail running shoes. We needed this!

The GT Hustle 3 's are probably the best basketball shoes I 've ever owned, but they might not be for everyone. If you prefer low- to- the- ground cushioning or have large- volume feet( wide, etc.), these may not be ideal for you. However, if you need excellent cushioning and have low- volume feet( narrow, etc.), these could be perfect. The support of these shoes is incredible. I can make hard cuts and stops with great stability. When laced tightly, they are super comfortable with no pinch points. They have a cushy running shoe feel during full- court transitions but are definitely tuned for basketball. My only complaint is the tongue, which curls on the sides. Fortunately, this does n't affect comfort or gameplay, so no stars off for that.

[ At first look, I thought these Pegasus Premiums would be heavy and chunky. When they finally arrived, I was shocked at how lightweight they actually were! The design and details on these was just the cherry on top. After a few runs, I can confidently say that these will be my everyday option for my running needs. The support and cushioning is unmatched! I did go with a true size 10, and had no issues with the fit, but if you do want a little more wiggle room, I do suggest you go up a half size. I am excited to see more and more colorways in the future! If you are on the fence about grabbing these, I am here to tell you that you will not be disappointed in these Pegasus Premiums!

These shoes ARE great. In response to any criticism that these “ cause your heel to wobble ” —shoes do not cause that, rather a lack of stabilizing strength in a person is the cause. Those who struggle with stability should seek out shoes that will help them with their issue instead of blaming a shoe. Those who want comfort and cushion but do not need extra stabilizing support, the combination of air unit, react x, and zoom x are genuinely hard to beat. This is a GREAT shoe for regular mid distance runners, daily walkers, or those just looking to enjoy the pleasure of how great this shoe feels.

[ When the shoes were delivered to me, I didn ’ t think I had gotten the correct shoes with the box being super light. To my surprise, the shoes were in fact just this light! With the Air all on the bottom of the shoe I was skeptical on how this would perform as a running shoe. After a few runs outside on gravel roads and inside on treadmills, I can confidently say these are the Best Running Shoes I had ever used! This shoe was made for running! The mesh upper and ventilation all through the shoe tongue helps tremendously when running in warm weather. Adding additional comfort to the bottom of the shoe is definitely noticeable having no pain in my legs after running multiple miles! Since I started running in these shoes, I have had a new Personal Record in miles for the new year! I am extremely impressed in not just the fit of the shoe, but the overall support with the shoe being super light! One thing that I really enjoyed about the inside of the shoe was the additional padding around the ankle and heel to give that extra cushion. I decided to go with my true size of size 10 and was happy I did. The upper mesh material does help give a little extra room in case you are looking for additional room in the width area. The only negative is there is no Gore- Tex or weatherized version at this time, but if these are made, I would be one of the first to purchase! If you are looking for a new type of running shoe that not only performs but also looks good while running then the Peg Premium is the shoe for you!

From what I 've been told, it is recommended that you take a stroll in new running shoes to warm them up and stretch them out a bit. However, I took these shoes on a run fresh out of the box and it felt great. This is not normal for me by the way. I 'm a flat- footed monster with wide feet and if the shoe does n't fit while I 'm running, it can get extremely painful. The Pegasus always seem to deliver for me. Neutral running shoes work the best for my flat feet and I 'm so happy with my purchase. I look forward to using this bad boy as my daily. I 'm 5' 1 '', and wear a 6. 5 in womens running shoes.
