I bought 4 of these for my grandchildren to wear under their lacrosse gear. The size guide was spot on and the shirts did exactly what we wanted them to do which was to stop their shoulder and elbow pads from pinching them. The benefit we did not know was it kept those pads from shifting during play. The shirts do not hold body odour after washing and they dry quickly so can be washed in a hotel sink and hung up to dry. The kids say they are not hot at all and are really comfortable. Good job under armour!

But I guess that ’s because they are an oversized fit. I ’ m around 5 ’ 9 ” and 170. I usually were a large sometimes medium shirt. I had to get a small in these. I wish they were a little longer. I love this shirt. Back for more. I sweat a lot and am yet to find a better running shirt for hot, humid Midwest( U. S.) Summer running. The way I sweat, every run shirt gets wet, but this shirt handles it much better than most by not clinging to my sides at all. Yes, it gets some snags over time and washing( been using mine for ~2 years). This is to be expected with the lightweight material, and I would rather be this comfortable on a run with some micro- snags. I like just a little more room in shirts, and at 6 ft tall, 160 lbs, the Large is perfect.
