Used to buy Fruit of Loom but they downsized to less quality material and very low quality elastics. Russel Athletics has very poor seam sewing. DSG is excellent quality, superb elastics and a tru fit. I weigh in at about 220 and 5' 7 '' and the XL fit perfectly. The inseam a bit long but mine is 29- I 'll live it with it all day long. As for length, I would say at the end of the legs the slack is about an inch. I am 4'11 '' and have been told I have short legs. The waistline comes up to my navel. The inseam reaches me just right. Now, once I drop extra body fat around my waistline, then, these would fit perfectly. Going to get another pair in a smaller size. I am that optimistic.
