I really like these! They are very lightweight, which is great since I searched for mesh insert leggings to use in hot weather. Even so, they are not too thin for squats, for example. Pockets on each thigh are great; sometimes I forget I still have my phone in my pocket during a workout. They say 7/8 length, but I think they are more like full length( which I prefer anyway). The waistband is high, which is great, but does roll down a little depending on what I 'm doing. I 'm glad I got two pairs in different colors( charcoal, and a pretty mallard blue).

I ’ m 5 ’ 4 ” and 120 lbs, and the XS fits really well. The waistband is a bit snug going over the hips, but once it ’s on, it feels firm and supportive, which I like. The best way to describe the fabric is to compare it to the Athleta brand I also wear. The Athleta brand has a buttery soft feel, a bit slick, thinner feeling fabric, and I do love them. By comparison, the Calia fabric for this legging has a slightly course, thicker feel, making it a bit warmer with a more substantial feel, which I also love. And when I say “ course ”, I should clarify that it is still a very soft fabric and you won ’ t be disappointed. Both are great in their own way, and I wear either depending on what I ’ m doing.

I had an old pair of UA compression leggings that I have been looking to all the running companies to try to find something comparable in fit, feel, pocket... and have not been able to. The only issue with that old pair is that they would fall down until I started sweating, then they would stay in place. Also, they are very lightweight and I needed something warmer. So I came back to UA to see what else they have to offer and found the Vanish Cold Weather leggings, they looked like the same fit as my old leggings, I decided to give them a try. Well what I thought could n't get better is so much better! They do n't fall down AT ALL, they have added warm panels where needed, and they have TWO pockets instead of the one so I can alternate what leg my phone is on. These babies move with me like I never thought possible- I usually have a tough time with the shape of leggings... too tight in the wrong places, too loose in other wrong places, but these hug just right with no extra material bunching and no digging. I do n't want any other pants.

[ I got these for my wife. She said: I am a working mom of 7 young kids and I like to keep in shape both for my physical health as well as my mental health( and sanity!) and I need workout gear that can withstand a lot of wear and tear as well as make me feel good while wearing it. These high waisted running leggings really fit the bill! I used them around the house to get tasks done as well as for both for short( 1- 2mile) and long( 5+ mile) runs. There are both pros and cons to this model- the PROS: 1) the material is SO comfortable and has the perfect blend of stretch and compression. 2) the fabric weight is ideal for spring running- it breaths but it also holds in heat so my legs felt great for the duration of each run 3) The pockets are positioned so I could be hands free and still keep my essentials( like phone and energy gel packs) accessible during the run. 4) the waistband is thick so there is not a small single circle of pressure on my abdomen, which is an improvement from other brands I 've tried 5) there is no seam or pressure point anywhere on the tights that was uncomfortable, so I did n't experience any rubbing or discomfort for the duration of wearing them ever! There are only a couple CONS: 1) I felt they run a bit small, especially in the waist. I know they are intended for compression, but getting them on required a bit of discomfort, especially at the top of the waist- it is exceptionally small. I 'd recommend sizing up if you have a larger waist or prefer more room on the waistline. Since they are high rise, it definitely `` cuts '' into the area under your rib- cage at first and is tricky to pull up. Once I got them up, they were fine and they stayed in place perfectly, but I might size up if I buy a second pair for this reason 2) I feel they are a bit long to be considered 7/8 length( I 'm 5' 8 '' 125 lbs)- they fit more like a traditional legging, which was fine for my use but if I truly wanted 7/8 length I 'd say they are longer than that. Overall these are great leggings for running- they stay in place, keep me cool, held up to washes and wear and tear and still look new, and fit comfortably with no rubbing. I 'd definitely recommend them for anyone who wants to run!

I wore these for the first time on a 7 mile run today and I decided mid- run to order another pair as soon as I got home. These are my favorite new running leggings for warmer weather! I had gels and keys in the side pockets and phone in the back pocket and everything was super secure, the leggings did n't ride down or move during the run at all, which I find usually happens with a phone pocket. I wish I had these for the half marathon I ran last week! I love that I do n't need to wear a running belt with these since they hold so much. The leggings are super comfortable, flattering, and did n't need any stretch or wear- in period. This is by far my favorite leggings. I was a fan of that Canadian athletic brand for a long time, and this leggings beats all their leggings in every way! I have 3 colors now and thinking getting the red color. It is just right amount of compression for me. Tight, but still comfortable. I love the fact there is NO seam in the middle. Stylish, color as pictured, excellent fit and stretch, mid- low- rise as described without falling off the but. However, does clearly show dampness( i. e. sweat) quite obviously. Luckily they dry quickly, which is great- except for the obvious issue of those with sweaty underwear 😬 Definitely intended for low- sweat activity.

These stay up really well while running, so I don ’ t have to spend energy pulling my tights up while running. I now have 5 pairs of these. I like the ventilation holes which do help keep you cooler. I recently lost a few pounds and they fit me perfectly. I ordered a Medium. However, I would say that if I had been at my previous weight a Medium may have been too snug. I am 5 ’ 6 and now 122 lbs.

Love these! Despite what others said I love the raw hem( no weird skin impression after my run) and found that my usual size fit me perfectly. The air holes look to be laser cut and have held up well on my other method bottoms( 8 inch and 7/8 pants) so I ’ m not concerned. The compression feels good to me and I like the waist band height. I had ordered a S and a M fearing they ’ d be super tight but am returning the M as the S fits me well. I ’ ve been wearing them on nyc summer runs and will likely wear these into mid/late fall before switching to full length and then brooks fleece lined bottoms for my winter runs.
