I ’ m typically between a large and XL in Nike stuff, but the large were roomy enough. If you confident girls want a tighter fit, I ’ d say pick your usual size or size down. I ’ m about 41- 42 ” hips, and the pants definitely fit on the bigger side: adjustable tabs as tight as they get, and still easily go over jeans or multiple layers with plenty extra room. I usually wear 33- 34 ” inseam, and the long version fits very well. I ’ m going to keep the L for easy trips to the rink or sledding hill, to throw over normal clothes. Will try to order a M later for skiing and walking in the cold.
