It's very hard to find a front zip sports bra that is comfortable; this is a well- priced, comfortable and easy to use bra. The only negative I would say is that it has to many clasps- I do n't use them all, the zipper alone is generally sufficient. A `` small '' size is equivalent to a 34B/C.

My mother had open heart surgery. She needed a supportive front zip bra after surgery. I went to 7 different stores looking for a nice zip up bra that would fit a 38DDD. I found 1 bra out of all 7 stores, and it happened to be this one. The zipper does n't fall down, and she feels more comfortable in it than out of it. The straps and back are adjustable. Just ran my third marathon, and I chose a new sports bra because I wanted something to hold my phone( I hate running races with a running belt, and my shorts had a little too much bounce)! This sports bra held my phone in place to the point where I was never rudely reminded it was there. Also, it's quite easy to get your phone in and out of, which is a huge plus! In terms of chafing, which is what I was honestly most worried about for this bra for this long of a distance, I did n't notice anything painful during the race or after, so it gets an A+ for that! One thing I will note is that it can be a little restrictive. I 'm not too well- adorned in the breast department, so I did n't have much of a problem, but it is highly supportive, and that may come with some unwanted compression!

I fall off rocks
So I 'm one of those weirdos that only wears sports bras, and have for my entire life. I hate traditional bras and I love compression-- like, the flatter the better. I do n't want to feel any movement in my chest area. I 've also been `` blessed '' with boobs that just want to flop and have a tendency to stretch out all of my sports bras. For reference, I 'm 5' 5 '', ~138 lbs and I 'm around a 32 D. Medium is perfect for me. The only caveat is that most of my activity leans toward medium impact-- I 'm a climber, so I take lots of hard bouldering falls and spend long days in the mountains, but I do n't do much sustained high impact activity like running or crossfit, so if either of those are your jam, take my recommendation with a grain of salt.:) Anyway, I 'm 6 months into wearing this bra daily, and I love it so much. I was a little leery of the adjustment buckles on the front before trying it on, but they 're actually very slim and low profile. I do n't notice them and I have n't had to adjust them yet, and they do n't stand out under my shirts. The amount of compression is just right-- snug but comfortable, like a hug. The mesh is breathable, wicks well, and so far has been impressively odor- resistant. Best of all, no flopping! It's the first sports bra I 've owned that I can wear all day, transitioning from activity to activity, and have n't felt like I 'm either being suffocated or drowning in my own sweat. I can spend a strenuous day hiking or climbing, sweat a bunch, and come back into civilisation without feeling like I need to change right away because it dries super quickly and amazingly(!), does n't stink or give me rashes. And I have n't even managed to stretch it out yet-- it still feels almost as snug and comfortable as when it was new. I 'm honestly impressed with the combination of performance, durability, and comfort. Most of my sports bras start out great but become borderline unusable after a few months and a couple of washes. Not this one. For me, personally, this is a winner-- I 'm a convert and it might be the only bra I buy from here on out.

I am a 34C and originally bought the Small C- E size and have switched to the Small A- C. There is quite a bit of stretch in the band and this has quickly become my favorite everyday bra along with the minimalist version of the bra which runs the same size wise. If they came out with more colors I would definitely be buying, it is lightweight, stretchy, and still really supportive and you don ’ t feel like you ’ re wearing anything.

I ca n't wear bras with wires and I got one of these around Christmas time then got more while they were on sale. Got the minimal coverage and full coverage both, the full coverage has thicker sides and straps. Good for bigger chests( I am 34/36 DD and got a medium C- E), and the minimal one still is good as well. Love them both and the material is so comfortable! I do n't mind paying a little more for this good of quality.

[ The Alate longline is an incredible product! I went from wearing regular bras to tossing them all out! Whether it ’s all day wear or a workout, this bra is so comfortable and supportive! I love the longline as it hides the little extra fluff. The adjustable straps are amazing also! I recently wore it on a super long run 14 miles and there ’s no chafing, the straps didn ’ t fall down and I wasn ’ t hot! There ’s little holes to help with airflow which are amazing if you sweat a lot like me. I also wore it all day at work and it just moves with your body! [ I ’ m a huge fan of the Alate longline sports bra! I usually find sports bras either overly uncomfortable and compressive, or not providing adequate support. I think this bra strikes the perfect balance between comfort and support! It ’s my favorite sports bra to wear during my yoga practice. The material is so soft and breathable, and the bra stays in place while I ’ m moving. The longline style works really well under shirts( it doesn ’ t have a noticeable outline at all) but offers enough coverage for me to wear just with leggings, too. I found it to be really true to size( as a DD cup size). No obvious cons of this product— just expect it to work better for lower intensity movement, since it offers relatively less compression than other styles.

This sports bra exceeded my expectations! The fit was perfect and the material is so soft. It moves well with my body. Everything stays in place and the pads offer the right amount of cushion. The design of the bra hugs your body where needed but is not restrictive when moving. The dri- FIT technology helped me stay dry and moved the sweat away from my skin, which I liked the most. I am not a fan of being sweaty. The material was my favorite because it allows my upper body to breathe and move during rigorous workout sessions. I did have a few issues with the band rolling up but I attribute this to my body type. Other than that, this sports bra performed well and is just the addition I was looking for to add to my workout routine!

I 'm a classic size 75/C, but it was hard for me to figure out which one to order. In the end, I ordered an S( C- D), which is a bit big in the round. That's why I ordered an XS( D- E) size, hoping that it would only be smaller in the round. But the cup of the XS is also smaller, a bit but is D- E, which should be larger. In the end, I could n't decide and kept both, there is not that much difference between them. But the sizing could be simpler and more logical( D- E should not be smaller than C- D). Regardless, they are very comfortable and beautiful, I love them!
