I '' m 32C/D 5' 3 '' 117# and the small fits fine. Might like to try XS, but the elastic band for the shelf bra is as snug as I would want to go. [ This a great tank. It's thin fabric though, so I bet some colors would be see through and it really is better for layering under another piece. The CALIA women's everyday boyfriend tank is so comfortable and light weight. I wore it while working out and it was the perfect material. I kept me cool and dry and was also loose enough that I had room to move around. I hate when I feel constricted in my workout clothes, this was not the case with this shirt! The only part I did not like was the cut of the armpit. It was cut just a tad too low, which was fine for when I was working out. I am just worried how this would look if I were to pair it with jeans and wear out of the house. Overall, I was very satisfied with this shirt and would order more.
