I ’ m on my second pair. They last about 14 months for me. But I truly don ’ t mind because these are by far the most comfortable deck boot/shoe whatever you wan na call it that I ’ ve worn. I compare the soul of the boot to one of the “ helm pads ” that are nice and squishy and comfy to save your feet back and knees on those nasty days running in a 27 ’ cc. With these no matter where you stand you have a helm pad under your feet. I ’ ve had many pairs of the original 6 ” xtratufs over the years and one pair of all black leathers 6 ” boots for work and the sports are still by far my favorite. If I ever hear they are going to discontinue this line, I will hoard as many pairs as I can lol. Bought these since I moved from AK over to the east coast. Wanted something lighter and a bit more breathable than the womens legacy boots. I wore these everywhere. Gardening, hiking, walking the dog 3+miles a day, to work, doing errands, slipping them on in the early morning to pick up dog poop. These were easy to slip on and off. My feet stayed dry. In the dead of summer, they can get a bit hot. My regular running shoes are even hot! but overall my feet did not overheat. The shoes had great traction. It's been about a year and they are still great. I may have worn down the soles from so much use. My only con is: the foot cushions might stick to your bare feet if you do n't wear socks.

My last pair was over 2 years although they were hammered. Just picked up another pair and fitted them with some custom insoles. This boot the sizing has changed slightly they are smaller in the toe box. I went with a half size larger but I probably could have stayed with my regular size 10 and just broke them in. They are to me a light version on the quest boots that are much heavier and clunck than these. I 've bought a few different salomon hiking boots over the years and you ca n't go wrong if you are a day hiker with these they are agile and do n't slip dry or wet they get the job done and protect your feet in every situation. I bought these boots 4 years ago and they held up very well against all the abuse I put them through working at a lumberyard. The insoles are like walking on clouds, the boots never let water in, and the toe let's you get a pretty good kick in on whatever piece of lumber is n't going quite where it should be. I bought these for work, but they eventually just became my go to shoes because of how comfortable they are. I wore them everywhere, work, the grocery store, dates with the wife, you name it, those boots were there. The only reason I got rid of them was because the bottom sole tore itself off of the rest of the boot. I guess all good thing do have to come to an end eventually... Was an avid Georgia boot wearer in the 90s and 2000s and the have n't had the need for boots till recently and decided to go back to Georgia for my first pair in over 14 years and they did not disappoint. They are by far the most comfortable boot out there. I will definitely be going back for all my boot purchases.

I work in a warehouse and walk 10- 12 miles a day, 260 days a year. I have worn the Eagle Trail boots by Georgia Boot this past year. They have been amazing. Only now are the insides starting to fail at the heels. The outsole has worn evenly and still has lots of life left. The leather has resisted being run over by pallet jacks, the toes have saved my toes numerous times. I bought them at the outlet store in Nelsonville and love them so much I will order them again full price. My feet do n't sweat, stink or get blisters. I sized them in W to allow exptra room in the toe box and will likely go up a half size this time. They fit true to size and look very good after a touchup with Helix Foot and Boot care. My paycheck depends on my feet being healthy. My feet depend on my Georgia Boots. Yes, I would say they are the best boot I have ever worn for work.

I do not have to write a review because my recent purchase is fresh in my mind. The fact that you purchased a pair of shoes does n't give you the necessary information to write a review, you have to wear the shoes in order to get the information necessary to write a review. I wear these shoes everyday, because they fit perfect right out of the box and they are super comfortable... like walking on clouds. I even purchased a second pair.

I love these Sierra Mid Lace Waterproof Boots so much I purchased a second pair. They are so comfortable and great for walking/hiking long distances in any kind of weather. This season they are the only boots I 've consistently worn every day for play and work. The added bonus is they are nice looking and extremely durable. I have a lot of miles on my first pair and they still look great apres skiing in the height of winter and even dressed up. Best boots I 've ever worn.

The North Face Women's Sierra Mid boots were well made and stylish. I read other reviews that suggested going up a size. I usually wear a 9 or 9. 5 in winter boots, so I purchased sizes 9. 5 and 10. The 9. 5 was too small and the 10 was slightly too big. I was extremely disappointed because I loved the look and they were at a reasonable price point. Unfortunately had to return.

Best winter hunting boots you can get. I 've been using mine for about 10 years now, and buy a set for each of my teens each year. If you get the fit right, they do n't pull your socks down when you walk. Very good for walking unlink the tradition tall boots. Most importantly, they are the only boots that you can sit for a couple of hours in the winter with and your feet do n't get cold. Any other boot I have ever tried, even the ones that claim- 30C, my feet always got cold really quickly, Even in only- 10C. Yet these boots I can sit for a couple of hours in- 30C, and everything else on me gets cold EXCEPT my feet.

[ I ’ ve had these shoes for little over a month and I wish I would have got them sooner. I wear steel toed boots for work and cowboy boots around the ranch. Since buying these as “ nice shoes ” I don ’ t wan na wear anything else. Went to baseball practice in them today and they were awesome. I have been wearing this same Columbia mid- boot for several years. I ride a Harley motorcycle and these boots have lived up to their billing. They are waterproof and best of all they are cool during the hot summers of south Louisiana because of their breathability properties. The soles have been extremely durable and takes the concrete like a rhino but also feel like you are walking on a cotton ball!!

[ I bought these in black for personal use and occasional work wear. First time I wore them was in very cold weather for about 10 hours walking all day. I swear I forgot I even had them on. The most comfortable boot I 've ever worn, kept my feet warm and dry, and I look forward to wearing them over other shoes. If they made these in a solid Coyote Brown color I 'd buy them over and over for my uniform wear. Better than any tactical boot I 've worn over the last 9 years.

[ Great fit. Good arch support. Color is a bit more blue than expected, but still looks good with gum colored sole. Originally bought a size 13 as I 'm normally a 12. 5. Was way too big. Returned for a 12 and the fit is great.
