The size guide was spot on and the shirts did exactly what we wanted them to do which was to stop their shoulder and elbow pads from pinching them. The sweat made the shirt very heavy and wet and cold, it was not a comfortable experience. BUT, outside of the gym context, I think the material used is very solid and feels appropriate for the price of the garment. It's a cotton blend and the weight of the fabric is on the heavy side.
