I was fortunate enough to be able to grab this when it was half price and I 'm so glad I did! The color is exactly as shown. The inside has a beautifully soft fleece layer. I also like that it has a loop near the tag inside for easier hanging. I often wear a size large in most women's clothing, but this was described as being a little bit of a loser fit and I would definitely agree with that. And I feel like it fits well while even having a little roof to spare, which is great for when I want to wear layers. I also like that it's a little bit longer in the back, so if you 're wearing leggings and would like to cover up a little bit more, this offers a little more coverage. Coverage. There are two good size pockets in the direct front on either side of the jacket and it has a zipper closure. It's warm and comfy. Soft fleece, lots of zippers and pockets. Got the gray, the fleece is different from my other Denali's. The fleece is maybe softer than the usual Denali fleece. The fleece does shed, which I guess happens with the softer fleece. It is way more cropped than the older Denali as well. The name should say `` Cropped ''. I 'm considering sizing up to see if it will make any difference, but that means the sleeves will be much wider. I 'm not sure why the under arms are soooo huge maybe to decrease sweating hence the zippers under the arms. They should have two options for the Denali, one with a regular length and one cropped for women. This one is functional, but will rise up. I buy a new Denali every few years, this one is very different. The prices keep going up and the jackets and sweaters keep getting shorter.

Other packable jackets I 've tried can feel cheap or flimsy, but what I like most about this jacket is that there is no compromise quality of the material- it still feels great when I wear it. Thoughtful touches with the zipper design to keep rain out, the bungie cords at the waist for a more secure fit, and vented back to help with breathability really bring functionality to this piece. If there was one thing I would change about this jacket is the cut; the length is a little too cropped and the sleeves a bit baggy for me personally, but I know that's the style and it can work great for others.

[ This jacket is amazing! I 've been looking for a rain coat that's light weight and comfortable, but that would n't stick to my skin when it rained. I think I finally found that! It has a hood and a cinch cord around the waist to really keep rain out. The vent flap in the back is the only weird thing about it. Because it is just tacked around the edges, it sometimes falls open and you can see glimpses of the shirt underneath. I do n't think that's a huge issue because it does n't effect the usefulness of this jacket and it does n't fall open enough for me to care about. The sleeves are long enough for me, which I love! It ’s warmer and more wind proof than I expected, which is a good this this winter. It ’s also not bulky and heavy. It ’s perfect for me because I have a long commute…so the cropped length is great. Oh- and the hood is perfect. I wish it came in more colors…my daughter wants one.

Never leave reviews, but the love I have for this jacket made me take a second to write one. You thinking about buying it? Do it!!! I ’ d say size runs a little big but it ’s a jacket and as long as it ’s not tooo small who cares? Buy the size you truly are, don ’ t size down. And if Wan na be hugged by a squishy soft cloud of warmness this is the jacket for u! Best Buy of 2024

I love this coat so much more than I expected to! It ’s warm without being overly bulky and stiff. It looks equally cute dressed down or dressed up. Super versatile! If I were to change anything, I think it would be to have cuffs at the wrist instead of just a piece of elastic. Definitely not a deal breaker though. I got my normal size and it fits true. However, if you want a little more room when it ’s zipped, I would consider sizing up one.
